One of the prettiest beaches. 💙

We drove all the way from Sydney to Melbourne and arrived today. I would say Jervis Bay was one of our highlights. And it was around 45min away from our Airbnb @bunker.airbnb - how perfect 😍 there’s so much to see in Shoalhaven and you can check @visitshoalhaven profile to save your favourite places!

What are your weekend plans?

Hats off to me because I’m finally a REGISTERED PHARMACIST in the state of California. I guess it’s true when people say you get tested when you move to California, I’ve been tested for the last 8 months. Between the CPJE situation, not having a place to live, getting my car broken into, then having my car breakdown, and so much more. It feels great to close that chapter and start a new one! Excited to be starting it on my way to Vegas with @rxvipconcierge & @pharmacypodcast where I get to do what I love and celebrate this huge weight off my shoulders! This photo was taken on my way to California when I had spontaneously decided to make this major move and drive out there a week before I actually left. Now, I’m going back to Vegas with a purpose and a clear vision. Also, I guess I’m stuck in California because I am never taking another boards ever again.

The only time when I don’t mind the crowds is during the holidays. And Paris during the holidays is just something else. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’re planning on visiting these are my top recommendations to see the festive lights if you’re low on time:
1. 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐋𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 - make sure to check out the glass walkway and find a cafe to sit and enjoy the views
2. 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐞 - cute Christmas decorations and teddy bears
3. 𝐋𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞 - cool floating Christmas trees
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And once you’re done, don’t hesitate to sit on a patio as you enjoy a nice meal all cozied up with blankets and heaters. It’s surprisingly comfy.

SWEET POTATO BALLS |
My new discovery. 😄 Will be coming back to Taiwan for this. I think it’s the bouncy chewy texture that makes this freshly fried snack a hit. I like mine with sugar plum powder. Yum! 😋

If you asked them what they did today, Tex will very enthusiastically (loudly), tell you he climbed rocks and helped brother. Which he did-and evidently takes great pride in

Yesterday we visited the Cañón de Sumidero and it was magical. We saw what millions of years of water pushing slowly can do: work magic.
.
But we also saw what only 50 years of tourism can do. The canyon became traversable in the 80s when the city built a hydroelectric dam at one end, and since then, daily boats and vans of people like us have motored in to see it from the bottom and the top.
.
We saw a crocodile (photo 2) and a family of monkeys and countless iguanas and birds. But we also saw thousands of pieces of trash (photo 4). Bottle caps. Plastic cups. Candy wrappers.
.
It was really, truly sad. I've never felt so hopeless about how we are treating this planet. From that moment on, I decided to seriously restructure my life to use less single-use plastic. But even that is nowhere near enough.
.
Our earth is magic. How can we better support it? But seriously. How?

Me running away from toxic energy and people. I only know toxic by Britney. 😂

Pronghorn (Antilocapra americana). Often referred to as American antelopes, they are not true antelopes, but look similar and occupy a similar ecological niche. They are the fastest animal in North America, and can reach speeds of up to 55 mph. They are also great distance runners, and can maintain a high rate of speed for many miles. It’s always fun to see these guys on the island. I was able to get this cute shot without disturbing the animal using a 600mm lens. Loved the snow on her nose and the grass hanging out of her mouth. i know you’re listening to Mae right now - driving yourself home blasting Skyline Drive cruising along the Skyway, and then crying yourself to sleep with Tisbury Lane. ang emo mo okay, but don’t worry. life will get better. you will learn to roll with the punches. things will look up.
and you will get to see Mae, live. and yes, you will (still) ugly cry when they play Tisbury Lane. not because life sucks, but because life is so awesome. you’ll feel the contrast of before and now, and it’s way better than you dreamed of. and you gotta thank your feyoncé for that - don’t forget!
love,
your twenty-something future self
PS: see photo for proof so you know i ain’t kidding
Who else is freaking out about Christmas being around the corner? I swear every year it gets harder and harder! What are some “it” gifts out right now? 🎅🏼🎁 If you have a watch lover in the family, I cannot suggest @jordwatches enough! Super stylish and craftsmanship on point! I’m happy to announce my brand partnership with JORD. I’ve worked with them in the past and love my timepiece and their customer service was excellent! #JORDPartner
If you thought your Christmas decorations were extra, then you need to see this place!🎄🎅🏼 Rolf’s is reportedly home to over 15,000 ornaments 😱 If you’re wondering how I got a photo with the restaurant so empty, my advice is to go in mid-November on a weekday at opening 😂
• What do you think about this parking garage? 🅿️Or garage museum? 🤔 💭 YES! It's not a garage at a museum, it's a garage that is a museum ⛓⚖️⚙️ The exterior is, anyway. It's a parking garage covered in art, which made it a "museum" to the people who named it. Art and viewer confusion are never mutually exclusive 🚗🚗🚗 🚗🚗🚗 .
This is a seven story building with vastly differing facades designed by five architects in 2018 ☝️💪 The artwork which explains Museum Garage's herky-jerky curb appeal. The five artworks are titled Ant Farm, XOX, Serious Play, Barricades, and Urban Jam.Of the five, the last is the most easily relatable to the building: 45 gold-and-silver cars jammed 🚘🚖🚘🚖 together in what looks like an aerial view of a city parking lot.
1.) Charged particles from the sun collide with gaseous particles in the earth’s atmosphere. The energy produced is released as photons.. light. Oxygen gives the green colour, nitrogen the purple and blue colour.
OR............ 2.) Arctic fire foxes run swiftly across the sky. Their large furry tails brush the mountain tops sending sparks flying high to light up the sky. 🦊
Even though we’ve been to London before, the experience of being here this time of the year is definitely my favorite. Everything is so beautiful, magical and festive! ✨💫

At the A-ma Cultural Village, a complex of temples, parks and trails up on a hill overlooking Macau and the coast. It houses the temple for the goddess Mazu, who guides and protects fishermen and seafarers, and is said to be where Macau got its name from. #macau#china
