  • 🧇🥣 Originally sold between 2006-2012, Kellogg’s Eggo Waffle Cereal returns in two flavors. Maple Homestyle and Blueberry!! All thanks to more than 10,000 fans that retweeted for its comeback. These will be available nationwide beginning December, 2019 but Walmart stores will have it beginning November 24th.

🥛 Before even tasting these, our expectations were sky high because we want them to fill the proverbial shoes, or bowls in this case, of the discontinued Waffle Crisp and Blueberry Pancake Cap’n Crunch. And that they did! It’s been so long since we’ve had the aforementioned discontinued cereals, so this isn’t a head-to-head comparison, but these Eggo Waffle cereals are honestly everything we’ve been wanting from a waffle cereal! It’s got an inviting aroma, the crunchy texture holds up well in milk, and the milk elevates each respective flavor perfectly. We easily enjoyed the Blueberry flavor a lot more when tasting back to back, but then after eating a bowl of the blueberry flavor and then going in for the maple homestyle flavor, we appreciated it a lot as well. These are top tier cereals we will buy again and again. 👏🏾 Thank you so much @KelloggsUS for the samples. ❤️

シチリアを代表するアグロドルチェであるカポナータをセミフレッドに。 
カポナータを提供するたび、
ラタトゥイユとの違いをよく聞かれます。
「ラタトゥイユは赤ワインビネガー、カポナータは白ワインビネガーを使う」
「ラタトゥイユとは違い、カポナータはナスが主役」
など諸説ありますが、
一番有力なのは
「ラタトゥイユとは違い、カポナータは甘酸っぱい味であること」 
というのも、カポナータはシチリア発祥のアグロドルチェ。
アグロドルチェとは「甘酸っぱい」料理のことで、
砂糖とビネガーが味の中心になります。 
確かにカポナータはナスを多く使いますが、
もともとは魚料理で、野菜は一切入っておりませんでした。 
カポナータが生まれた当時(13、14世紀くらい?)の
シチリア庶民にとって魚は高級品だったので、
ナスをはじめとする野菜で代用したというのがルーツのよう。 
で、大航海時代を過ぎてようやくイタリア人がトマトを食べるようになり、
今日のカポナータになったと思われます。
(大航海時代以前はトマトに毒があると思われていて、
あくまで観賞用として利用されていた) 
料理人の頃は、
こうした気持ち悪い料理のウンチクをいけしゃあしゃあと語りまくっていたので
今振り返ると大後悔時代です。

La Clote no sólo es un restaurante, es una iniciativa del barrio de Clot que se compromete a utilizar productos frescos👩🏻‍🌾 y de proximidad así como a ayudar la conservación del fondo marino🐳, donando a @seashepherd parte de sus beneficios.

Con esta mentalidad e ilusión, ofrecen una carta con pizzas, ensaladas🥗, burgers🍔, pasta🍝 y mucho más y, obviamente, todo tiene su versión vegana.

Nosotros fuimos directos a por sus famosas pizzas🍕y alucinamos. Nos encontramos con una carta que no tiene pizzas normales. Todas son creaciones que, aunque a primera vista puedan parecer raras, están increíbles😍

Pedimos La Sultana, de mozzarella, olivas negras, cherrys🍅, hummus, spaghettis de calabacín y mucho Ras el Hannout. La otra, bueno lo que queda de ella, es La Chingona, de mozzarella, berenjena caramelizada🍆, cherrys, spaghettis de pepino🥒, chipotle y guacamole🥑.

Aunque parezcan algo sosas en la foto, no lo eran para nada. Las dos jugaban con una mezcla de sabores🌪 poco habitual y muy buena. Además la masa era de cúrcuma, eso si que nunca lo habíamos probado! ⚠️

Y ya mejor no hablamos de la pizza de Nutella vegana🍫, nos acabó de enamorar ♥️

🍴Pizza la sultana con masa de cúrcuma y la chingona con masa de trigo sarraceno. Para rematar, pizza de Nutella vegana .
🏠 Local no muy grande pero acogedor, siempre está a reventar así que mejor reservar! Ideal para ir con amigos!

I never in a million years could have imagined that my celiac diagnosis would bring such amazing friends into my life, but it has been the best silver lining I ever could have asked for ❤️

I never in a million years could have imagined that my celiac diagnosis would bring such amazing friends into my life, but it has been the best silver lining I ever could have asked for ❤️

  • Are you a savory or a sweet person 🤔? Our preference is determined by our DNA, as well as early childhood experiences—so did your parents tend to give you french fries over candy when you were younger, or vice versa. I lean more towards savory but love a good combo of both whenever possible (like this breakfast pictured above 👌). S/o to @awgbakery for making the most delicious GF/paleo bread 🍞 😍. I toasted two pieces and topped one with sautéed spinach, a @vitalfarms over easy egg, @traderjoeslist chili onion crunch and hot sauce, and the other with @grounduppdx cashew almond butter, caramelized bananas 🍌, @beekeepers_naturals bee pollen.
