  • I celebrated my birthday watching the sunset over the ocean while enjoying a pretty flower cocktail and eating the most amazing dinner @sereasandiego located at the @delcoronado! The food was beyond delicious, and the service was extremely professional.  My mom is visiting right now, so she was able to watch the girls while Sean and I had our first date night since having Adra. It’s not often I get to eat an entire meal uninterrupted 😂 I bet all you moms understand that these moments don’t happen often 🤣

  • We couldn't do what we do without our wonderful employees! 👏👏 Today's #EmployeeSpotlight goes out to Dalton! Dalton is the man behind our trailer.  He runs our second seafood trailer and brings Billings Seafood Guy's Seafood to communities all round Montana and Wyoming!  Dalton has learned a lot about Seafood since he joined the team this past summer, and does a great job explaining our different seafood items to our amazing customers!! We are grateful to have Dalton on our team!

  • Bismillah ...masak apa hari ini bunda? Sy masak tom yam seafood karena ga punya daun ketumbar jadi pakai daun seledri aja 😀 seger banget di saat cuaca yang tidak menentu ini dengan dominan rasa asam pedas di tambahkan kalduku rasa udang dari @kalduku_id semakin guriih 😋😍 #kreasihebatku

Bahan-bahan
300 gr ekor udang, pisahkan kulit dan kepala udang untuk kaldu
200 gr cumi, bersihkan, potong bentuk cincin 
300 gr ikan fillet (sy pakai ikan putihan ,selera ya)
4 buah tahu putih (rebus sebentar potong dadu)
1 ikat daun bawang 
1 buah tomat, iris
2 sdm lemon / jeruk nipis
10 Cabai rawit utuh 
1 sdm kecap ikan
1 buah jeruk nipis 
3 blok kalduku rasa udang
Garam secukupnya
Gula secukupnya

Bahan Bumbu Halus
5 buah cabai merah besar
4 buah cabai rawit merah(selera)
6 siung bawang putih
5 butir bawang merah
4 butir kemiri

Bahan Kaldu Udang
kepala dan kulit udang
200 gr Tulang / daging ayam 
2 batang serai memarkan
2 ruas jari, memarkan
2 ruas jahe, memarkan
5 lembar daun jeruk
1500 ml air

Cara Membuat
1.beri jeruk nipis cumi,ikan fillet diam kan 10 menit cuci bersih.sisihkan 
2. Buat kaldu udang dengan mencampur semua bahan kaldu dengan air hingga mendidih dan sarinya ke luar ,Saring sisihkan.
3. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan ke dalam kuah kaldu Masak sampai mendidih beri air lemon ,cabe rawit utuh,garam , serai ,gula,kalduku udang, kecap ikan ,tomat test rasa dominan asam pedas
2. Masukan cumi,ikan ,udang ,tahu, masak sampai matang terakhir masukan daun bawang siap di sajikan .
