Being a mom requires ALOT OF PLANNING! I like to have a nice breakfast (usually more like lunch by the time I eat) and it’s important to me that it be nutritious + tasty! Chia pudding is super easy since you can make it the day before AND it’s so yummy! You can dress it up however you like! I was feeling drink flavors so I went with chocolate and matcha! Took me many years to find out what is best for my body, what food I should eat. We are all different and maybe what I need and what you need is not the same.
Believe me, I have tried crossfit, boxing, jiujitsu, bodyrock, lifting with a personal trainer..you name it! Eating raw, vegetarian, paleo etc. Just do what works for you. I realized that eating whole foods, balanced meals, WATCH my portions, being active on a regular basis and sticking to good habits is my secret to being happy, healthy and fit.
