  • ➖ RECETTE ➖⠀
⠀
CARAMEL ⠀
* 30g d'eau⠀
* 100g de sucre⠀
* 40g de beurre⠀
* 200g crème liquide⠀
* 1 pincée de fleur de sel⠀
⠀
⠀
CRÈME MASCARPONE⠀
* 125g mascarpone⠀
* 125g crème liquide ⠀
* 20g sucre glace⠀
⠀
⠀
MONTAGE ⠀
Dans des verrines, empilez différentes couches successives : ⠀
* caramel⠀
* brisures de speculoos⠀
* dés de pommes caramélisées⠀
* crème mascarpone⠀
⠀
Et voilà ! Bon appétit ! 😋⠀

  • Couldn't have jumped without the support of @cmarks9354 and @courters_lee. As you can hear in my scream, a 44 foot free fall is no walk in the park. It doesn't look that far in the video but it seemed like 444 feet. Conquering the fear is best reward. The best things in life are worth a huge leap of faith. #cancun #cenotesmexico #mexico #traveleatrepeat

  • What do you call 3 excited children s t a n d i n g in a fireplace?
Stoked.
.
We are staying in a 300 year old hotel. Yep, that’s right, this hotel has been accommodating guests day and night for 300 years!!! History geek itch scratched ☑️ Not only is it adorably old - filled with twists and turns, ups and downs, narrow passages and uneven floors 😍 - it’s also incredibly family friendly! For an English hotel room this one is massive, with a king, a single and a cot, and we still have room to swing a cat. And this fireplace 👆🏼? It’s in our room 😍🥰

  • Latepost: I had taken these pics when I was on my work trip in Albuquerque, New Mexico back in October. For those of you who know me, I don't really post pics with me in them. Thanks to another post from @homeswithdoug , I've decided to overcome some fear and post this pic with me in it.
🌶
There were all these chili peppers that surrounded the old town streets and charming shops in old town Albuquerque.
I under estimated the weight of the chiles and couldn't even carry the batch in the pic! Lol!
🌶
Time is the difference between green and red chiles in New Mexico. The green chiles turn red as they ripen. In general, fresh and/or roasted chiles are green and dried chiles and dried chile powder are red. In any case, they start green—when many people harvest and roast them—and turn red as they ripen.
