Never forget how wildly capable you are. I often need to remember that myself. There are days when I get very down, I think about what the purpose of all of this is. My heart aches about much larger issues that are going on in the world. I think hard about what I am doing and how to add more value for you guys. It’s been on my mind a lot lately. I get tired of showing beautiful places and bringing nothing else besides what I’m up to. I often think, how does this really serve anyone? It made me sad the other day. I often think too much...anxiety man. My depression sent me further into a dark hole.
Life is long but so short. I remember 10 years ago when I wanted all of this so bad. Those 10 years went by so fast. While I was in college, I wanted to jump in a car, or hop on a plane and simply leave, explore and discover. I went to college, got my degree, worked a big girl job. I did all the “right things”.. Now I have it, but I am thinking what else I can do to help, to spread more love, to make the world a better place on this app.
That’s a reason why I don’t post everyday anymore. I got tired of waking up for every sunrise, shooting and editing all day. It really is hard on my body and mind. I ran dry, I lost my love for the pure pursuit of all of it. Anyways, thanks for listening to my ted talk. Love you guys so much. I’m going to enjoy my last day on this beautiful island now. 🌴

Watching the last signs of fall fade away. This road was definitely a spooky one, but I always love getting lost in the fog.
If you’re thinking about planning your own fall colors trip for next year, heads up I just released a travel guide with all my favorite fall photo spots! Links in my bio if you wanna check it out. I got a ton of requests for this one, so hope you guys like it!
A river of gold below the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River in Yellowstone National Park. As the early morning light hits the river in the canyon it gave only a couple of minutes of the golden magical glow and magical it was!

We’ve all seen the beauty of Yosemite on tv, movies, and IG. But actually being there, getting to breathe in the air and looking up at the massive walls surrounding you is unlike anything you could imagine. Yosemite has been on my list of places I wanted to visit for a while and it came true sooner than I thought..
- @just.in.kas thanks for letting me tag along on this amazing trip.
For the better part of 15 years, Muskoka has been my home. When I say I’m heading up to Thunder Bay, I still refer to it as home. I’m finding that wherever we find the most comfort within our lives, these places we consider home. Near or far, house or tent, city or forest, don’t take these feelings of comfort for granted. I am definitely grateful to feel the sense of home so abundantly.

Always feeling blessed with all the wonderful people in the meditation group.
I am grateful to create this space for them to be more present with themselves
and to become aware of their own unique path.
This sacred space allows them to go deep within
to see and feel the grieve, the fear, the joy but most of all
to feel their strength and their Light within.
It is always a beautiful journey for me to guide them through whatever is revealing in the moment
and to witness the energy changing to a higher level.
It is this courage of each and every one of them,
to step into this journey,
that creates a wonderful experience for all during these gatherings and I am so grateful for that.-Ellenvღ
Growth and development is natural and what is needed as the world grows, but I cannot help but believe that developers too often look at a sea of trees and sky and see money growing (with a short life span, gone in a flash) instead of the Earth's vital lungs that will never end. I cannot help but think that as this world grows we need more protected parks instead of expensive housing built cheaply and another mall when the one down the street is empty. In the distance I saw a city expanding Save our lungs. I encourage you to buy used and renew.
Not the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.
Photo by @bookofwalley | This place was very hard to catch alone. So many people this time around but I still enjoyed myself. This place is where they make homemade cornmeal. So if you want to make some good cornbread go here. Located in Cades Cove.
