Normally I think I would tire sooner after visiting a few monasteries, but here in the Caucasus they happen to be built in some spectacular places. Geghard monastery is no different. What's more impressive about this place is that it was for a big part hewn out of the rocks/hill that surrounds it.

My version of a twirling princess dress is "the flying scarf attached to a knitted cardigan". I finally decorated yesterday and Bern feeling extra festive for the mast 15 hours! The last 10 days have been hectic and I sort of love all the new projects but I also muss just ..being ! How's your life right now? Happy new week loves !

Ich habe viel gesehen, probiert, erlebt und mit verschiedenen Einheimischen gesprochen. Die Woche hier war intensiv und ich habe viel von dieser Insel mitnehmen können. Es wird aber jetzt langsam Zeit weiterzureisen. Trotzdem hier nochmal meine Highlights: Hiking Tour zum Turtle und Monkey Beach, Street Art und das fantastische Essen. Heute wollten wir eigentlich zum Penang Hill, eines der Must See Spots in Penang. Als wir dort ankamen war alles voller Touristen. Das liegt vermutlich daran, dass dort zurzeit Ferien sind. Wir hätten mindestens 3 Stunden warten müssen, um hochzufahren und oben dann auch nochmal ein zwei Stündchen auf den Zug herunter. Und das bei über 30 Grad? Neeee! Also liefen wir zu dem nächsten Tempel, um dort eine schöne Aussicht zu genießen. Später gehen wir noch etwas zusammen essen und ich werde noch durch die Stadt schlendern. Morgen um 12Uhr startet unser Bus zu den Cameron Highlands, der mindestens 5 Stunden dauert. Ich freue mich schon darauf! When 1030 session sounds like french, the 1430 session will sound like fairytale. All I miss and all I feel like doing is just sleep. Sleep till prince charming come riding on a white horse and take me to the castle. He is coming at 1430 session.
