“Christmas magic is silent. You don't hear it-you feel it, you know it, you believe it."-Kevin Alan Milne
This year we decided to decorate the Geneva Chamber of Commerce tree with the theme “The Member Tree”🎄Our tree symbolizes how much ✨WE✨believe in our wonderful members. As we continue to grow with new members in our community we will continue to achieve milestones from the strength of our business community that grew one membership at a time. #chamber#community#support#genevaIl#geneva#christmaswalkgeneva#christmastree
Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas....🎄
Working on the playroom Christmas decor today... I’m digging all of the colorful Christmas options. Don’t be surprised when next year all of my Christmas decor has this look. 😂😍🙌🏻 I linked all of the bottlebrush trees & the tinsel tree in my bio. The led wreath is still linked there too that several of you ordered! 😍🙌🏻🎉
Loving my Grinch tree from our local florist. Thank you @bloomson9th Thinking it will move to the family room once all the decorations are up. Picked up a couple outdoor Christmas planters too. Seriously the best in the city!

Getting ready for Christmas with the perfect first ornament on the tree 👌
There's something about candles that make it extra cozy for the holidays! I'm loving these handmade soy candles from NESW Wax Co.! Each candle is based around a different California area with a unique fragrance, such as WEST with vanilla, cinnamon, clove, and sugar. <3
If you'd like to purchase one, use code ASHLEY15 for 15% off. (Not an affiliate code, I just love the candles!) www.neswwaxco.com

This is Grieg's first year participating in the Festival of Trees at the Campbell River Museum. Because Grieg is a family-focused company, we made a "Grieg Family Tree" featuring the loved ones of our employees (children, grandchildren and furry children), as well as a loved one we lost this year, our Freshwater Production Manager Frode Mathisen.
We hope this is a family-filled holiday season for everyone out there in the communities where we operate, and beyond. ❤
I went from Scrooge McDuck to all in for Christmas! Well, "all in" is relative but, for me, this is "all in", trust me, because I'm not a fan of this holiday.
Last year, for the first time in 10 years, I put up a little tree, bought a bunch of fun ornaments, and really enjoyed it. Except for the fact that it was so dead by Christmas Eve I took it down for fear it was going to spontaneously combust. I will not confirm no deny that Hazel, my Roomba, has picked up needles and I got her in July! But, I regress.... I few weeks ago, @anthropologie was having 20% off on their holiday stuff. They had this amazing little tree. It's "dead", slightly covered in "snow" but looks so damn real, and it pre-lit with lights wired into the branches so you only see the tips! (Leave the "tips" comment alone, have some respect for the holiday, for chrissakes!) It comes in 3 sizes, and lucky for me, only the middle size, the 6 footer, would fit in my basement. I loved how it mimicked my new wallpaper, too. So, of course, I needed more ornaments! I had 10 clip-on glass bird ornaments from last year's binge and bought 15 more and every branch has a bird and some have 2. There are 25 birds, ALL DIFFERENT, 2 mushrooms, and, of course, the little bat tree-topper. I set it up early because I wanted it done for Thanksgiving and I wouldn't have to set up two trees in December. Yes, I will be having a tree upstairs, too, but that one is in a few weeks.
I spend evenings in the basement so now, with the fireplace, the trees wallpaper and this little tree I feel like I'm glamping. Well, glamping with a 65" tv and TiVo, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.
The only downside: more glitter, the herpes of crafts supplies.
