Global warming is real! And we all need to adjust the way we do things to protect our beautiful planet ! 🌏

3 frozen bananas

Here are my top tips for staying empowered with your health and wellness over the holidays to make sure that you can charge full steam ahead with your goals in 2020. * Set your intensions with what you want your health / weight / fitness level to be like come Jan 2020 - have a goal that you can hold yourself accountable to. Don't go into 2020 on the back foot, then end up feeling like you have so much ground to recover just to get back to where you were, let along working on your new goals. You can absolutely enjoy the festive season without losing ground and still honouring and nourishing your health and wellness. * Keep moving your body - even if it's 10-15minute workouts at home, you don't need fancy equipment, high intensity body weight exercises are great. Things like; squats, burpees, steps ups, push ups, hover rows, lunges, skipping rope, glute raises, hip extensions, hovers / planks, shuffles, stationary spiderman. As long as your technique is on point and you feel confident go for it, make the most of your in between times and gaps to get your body moving. * Balance is key - you don't have to be perfect to still honour your health and stay on track, you just need to know when to stop. Too many go way overboard and over indulge in every possible way, particularly when it comes to food and alcohol, which is where people get way off track. This is a massive distinction and will have a huge impact on how successful you are at honouring your intensions. * Embrace your personal power - stay in the divers seat, don't just follow along with what everyone else is doing, take charge and do what best honours you. Take food that matches your health and goals to events, decide when and where you will compromise or be a little more relaxed not others. Don't just do things for the sake of it, stop and ask yourself these questions before making decisions; what is the real significant here, what am I truly getting out of this experience, how is this serving me?
It's been roughly 18mths since my car has fit in the garage 🙌
It's one of those jobs I've been gonna 'get around too' for about 18mths 🤣 but something else more important has always come up 🤦♀️ this week I drew the line in the sand when Emmy burnt her leg on the buckle cos my car is always in the sun.
When I get an idea in my head I'm like a dog with a bone. Nothing will stop me! So in the middle of a heatwave we hustled & got the job done so my babies could get into a warm car instead of a hot one 🙌 it doesn't even bother me right now that the roller door needs fixing! I'll get to that soon enough 😉
Now to get back to selling & offloading all our crap that no longer serves us since the garage is like a holding cell 🙄 the good thing is now no-one will know if I'm home or not cos my car will be away 🙌🤭
Tried my hand at a dairy free leek tarte tartin today. Whilst far from perfect it still tasted bloody good. I may have eaten too much and feel like I'm gonna pop!! Used coconut sugar for the caramel, that's why it looks so dark.
Will keep working on this recipe, if I nail it it will be a great one to share 😉

I’m 9 months pregnant & here to say I have made it this far with ZERO stretch marks. 🙌🏼Some may find it surprising that I’ve made it this far with no stretch marks. Being fairly petite & a short torso sure doesn’t help the odds. So what’s my secret?? …. bet you didn’t guess essential oils??
Yep. Here is the blend that’s been there from the beginning. My stretch mark belly blend. Each oil helpful in their own way. But all things supportive of healthy skin & getting that belly to stretch out to fit a baby & shrink right back down after baby.. And I must say, my belly is so soft & hydrated. Honestly looks like it’s glowing. 🤰🏼

Be sure to oil up that belly at least once a day! You can also add the body butter into this regimen for a little extra! It’s literally like whipped butter!
Adding any of these essential oils will help with to reduce the appearance of the current stretch marks you have. Keep consistent on using & start using ASAP!

Put down the air ‘fresheners’ and scented candles🙅♀️ This is the best way to get your house smelling like Christmas! Simply simmer some apple, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, rosemary, cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg, clove etc., in a pot of water. Divine 👌🎄

So today I presented at a national/international conference. I was so nervous that I would screw it up. I'm so proud of myself. I never thought I'd be able to be where I am now. Thank you to all of you, love you all xx
❤❤ FRUIT SALAD ❤❤ Take your fruit salad to the next level with some passionfruit and raw honey...OMG it's Devine. Passionfruit can be expensive, but you can now get 100% passionfruit without sugar in the freezer section of the supermarket. (Well in oz u can). I have been trying to increase my fruit intake to benefit from the bucket loads of nutrition. It is important to try and eat your fruit without fats (8 hrs after consuming fat), breakfast time is percect. Did you know if there is no fat in your system the sugar is processed by your body without using insulin. As soon as fat is in the mix, the insulin process is kicked off.
Don't be scared of fruit, it's one of the best things you can eat for health!!

I somehow made it to 41. Thanks to all the buddies who’ve sent me text bloops and dm bloops and said nice things. I’m very lucky to have the best people in my life and I’m happy I was born.
Here are photos of my face that I feel uncomfortable about posting. One is from today while it was light out and one is the oldest “selfie” that my phone could conjure up, and some of the other ones are ugly ones I send to friends as a goof. There are infinite ugly ones on here. Ask anyone. One of them has a puppy buddy in it that was my friend for a few days, and one is of me and my sister as small people in our Utah clothes. I don’t know why I’m posting this.
