More Disney Cast Members making magic ✨ Fun story: the CMs who do the character painting are indeed sanitation workers for Disney! Some get the chance to learn this fantastic art of making magic! Every single one I’ve spoken to LOVES to do it. Next time you see this happening, stick around and be amazed 🌟
🥧🥕SHEPHERD’s UPSIDE DOWN PIE 🥕🥧
Let’s talk more eats at the Festival of Holidays! This is a Mickey-shaped deconstructed Shepherd Pie (plant based) and well.. it’s about as good as it looks. It tastes SUPER average (lacks flavor) and it’s not something you need. Still super fun to have any food that’s shaped like Mickey!! If you still want to try it, find it at the Grandma’s Recipes Booth.
Which slap band MagicBand would you choose??? And, yes, there are now slap band magicbands in Disney World 💥 I’m thinking these would actually be better for the kiddos — my little guy has accidentally lost his magicband way too many times by catching it on things and having it just pop off. Thoughts??

Today at Disneyland they filmed the Christmas Fantasy Parade for a Christmas special airing on @abcnetwork on Christmas Day! They also were passing out free Christmas merch so everyone on camera would look festive! We both scored these free Christmas ears! 👏🏻🎄

The only way to recover after a long day at the parks 🍍 What’s your favorite cocktail after hitting the parks all day?!
POOH’S CORNER! The face you make when mom says pick what you want 😱😆 back behind splash mountain hides the Pooh Corner shop and ride! This is such a yummy little gem of a spot in Disneyland with fresh baked goodies and the best Jelly Belly selection (my fav! 🤣) in the Parks! SWIPE to check out all these Holiday treats! 😋
🍢 Safari and Bayan Beef Skewers 🍢
It's fairly hard to find a snack in Disneyland that actual fills you up as close to a whole meal would. If you're looking for a light meal, Bengal Barbecue is the way to go! 🌿
The skewer on the left is the Safari Skewer. It is bacon-wrapped asparagus and it's so yummy! The bacon is the best part. 😋
The skewer on the right is the Bayan Beef Skewer. The glaze that comes on this skewer is to die for! A little spicy and a little sweet! .
Both of these skewers are located at Bengal Barbecue in Adventureland, Disneyland. The Safari Skewer is $4.99 and the Bayan Beef Skewer is $5.49, both before AP Discount. And yes, mobile ordering is available! ✨
Warning! Kids will want the Hot Cocoa Marshmallow Macaron and will eat the entire thing because IT IS THAT DELICIOUS. Be sure to order your own. Find it at California Adventure’s Making Spirits Bright booth during the Festival of the Holidays. 📸: @disneyland#disneyfestivalofholidays
Oh, how I could go for a delicious churro from Magic Kingdom right about now! 😍

I was scrolling through my feed this morning, and realized I’ve never formally introduced myself!!! My name is Erin, and I love all things Disney and food. When Im not at Disney I’m working or dancing! You can usually find me in Disney, usually around New Orleans square, or wandering main street🤩
I started this account to doccument my obsession with disney, and more importantly disney food.
I also have a travel blog that I try to keep fairly updated, so follow along and welcome to my disney life! (I’m also at the parks today so if you guys have anything you want me to check out, I’m all ears🐭)
🌭 Disneyland Corn Dog 🌭
You know how everyone likes corn dogs, but there is something about a corn dog that comes from the fair that makes it 10x better? Well, a corn dog from Disneyland is even better than that! 💥
Disneyland corn dogs are really something else. First, they are huge, so you definitely get what you pay for. Second, the breading is to die for! Really makes the whole snack.
Corn dogs can be found in Downtown Disney and Corn Dog Castle in Disney California Adventure. They run for $9.99 before AP Discount! ✨
Happy World Kindness Day. I’m so glad we have the opportunity to help so many.....

I miss SWGE a little extra today... and the blue milk haha. The Smuggler’s Run queue is the best ride queue of any Disney ride to date, in my opinion. The Imagineers nailed the Millennium Falcon exterior and interior design. 🤩
I hope that you’re all having a wonderful week :)
I’m a carbaholic and I’m not recovering 😂. This is the Indian bread with pickled garlic, mango salsa, and coriander pesto. I love all things bread and this was no exception. The only problem was they do not give enough bread for the amount of dip 🤷♀️ I would rate it 8/10
Christmas Cupcakes are by far the best kind of cupcakes, especially when you’re in Magic Kingdom surrounded by Christmas decorations. You would never know it was the middle of November. However, I’ve heard that the earlier you decorate for Christmas the happier you are.
If you watch my stories the other day, you witnessed my love affair with Carnation Cafe at Christmastime. Major 😂🎄😍🙌🏻🥰 going on here!
The red & white umbrellas, red carnation centerpieces & carols playing on Main Street are only perfected by sipping some hot cocoa & enjoying a giant Mickey waffle. Disney holiday magic at its finest & one of the highlights of the season so far.
I highly recommend getting a reservation (you book through the app, call 714-781-3463), but you can also try to get a walk in table. On busy days sometimes they’ve won’t accept walk-ins, so try early morning or later afternoon if you go this route.
Menu items I love:
❤️Mickey Waffle (they also do GF) - possibly the best made Mickey waffle in the park IMHO. $12.00 or for a $1 you can add strawberry or apple topping.
❤️ Fried Pickles - so good! Like SO good. $8.00
❤️ Cinnamon Hot Cocoa ☕️
❤️ Sourdough Bacon Cheese Melt - $17.00
❤️ Walts Chili - $7.00
AP Discount Applies. Ask to sit outside ✨
This holiday treat came with a soft outer cookie with butter pecan ice cream covered in caramel sauce!! Found at the Golden Horseshoe and priced at $7.99.
There are tiny pecans mixed throughout the ice cream which definitely adds the perfect amount of texture in each bite. Since the cookie is super soft, it falls apart and gets messy very quickly. But the flavor is totally worth the mess!
Best part about this though, is that it comes with TWO ice cream sandwiches!! Most Disney treats cost the same but you get less bang for your buck. Definitely worth the money and a perfect way to curb that sweet tooth!😍🤤
We tried some of the holiday food at California Adventure this week & were happy with our choices!
First up was the Peppermint Mickey Shake from Schmoozies! We both loved the taste of the shake, but agreed there was a bit too much whipped cream! The shake ends where the sprinkles start on the cup & the rest is whipped cream😂. The sprinkles were actually my (Danielle’s) favorite part because they’re stuck on the cup with vanilla frosting. Definitely the cutest drink to tote around the park, but be careful of that red food coloring (it really stains)☺️!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 stars
2. (Mickey shaped) Reimagined Beef Wellington at the A Twist on Tradition booth. The Festival Of Holidays always has such fun food to try & we’re suckers for anything that looks like Mickey. This Wellington is steak & mushrooms in a savory sauce, neatly (well, almost) placed in a fluffy, flaky crust. Anees isn’t the biggest fan of mushrooms, so I ate all of those & he ate the meat! A tasty treat & a good size compared to some of the smaller items at the festival.
3. Mickey Gingerbread Man - I’m so happy they updated my favorite cookie! Every holiday season I make it a point to eat a multitude of gingerbread cookies at the park. Specifically the ones in the park, not the Starbucks cookies (they’re very different). They’re very moist and in years past, an arm or leg will fall off before making it to a table. Not this year!!! They have a cardboard backing and it does its job!! No more broken gingerbread men for me! They’ve also made the cookie into a Mickey shape, which is obviously a win! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
5/5 stars .
Have you guys tried any of the holiday food yet? What are you most looking forward to?
