Hello folks! Golly the weather has been pretty miserable today, hope wherever you are you’re cosy and warm! Speaking of rotten weather, tonight’s post features a rather wet Circus Lane. I was out for a walk with @scotlandwithfluffywolf the other week when the sky opened and we were caught in a pretty heavy shower! PS the eagle-eyed among you might have noticed a few houses in the lane have their twinkly lights up! ✨

PS has anyone else started watching Christmas movies yet? I may have watched a few cheesy festive rom-coms already 🙈

This two hour workshop is aimed at restoring, realigning and re-energising our bodies for the new year ahead. We will work on posture and core stability, flexibility, tension release and goal setting through a series of guided exercises and explorations. Combining elements of fitness, ballet, somatic work and relaxation, the January Reset is the perfect way to prepare your body and mind for 2020.
No previous experience is necessary, just an open mind. Wear comfortable clothing with socks or bare feet, and bring warm layers for relaxation.
So I'm back to Italy to get back to work, but my mind is still stuck in these beautiful mornings 😭 I wish I could move someday in this wonderful place, so inspiring! It was here that I decided to start posting my photos and share this beautiful experience! Now that I'm back to routine, I will have time to share with you some of the best pics I made but first, I need to ask you for an advice: I started posting in english, since I was in Scotland when I created this, but now that I'm back in Italy I wonder if I should post in Italian, or in both languages maybe... what would do you suggest? The fact is that I'm about to publish on Amazon a story I've been writing in the last few months, which is in Italian of course, and I'm not really sure how should I handle this, since I created this account to share with People also my passion for books, and city landscapes and so on in the first place, but I also would like to share with you some quotes from my story to get some advices, comments, opinions... ---------------------------------- Sono tornata in Italia e anche al lavoro, ma la mia mente è rimasta lassù con queste splendide mattine 😭 un giorno mi piacerebbe potermi trasferire in questo posto meraviglioso! È stato qui che ho deciso di iniziare a pubblicare le mie foto e condividere questa bellissima esperienza! Ora che sono tornata alla routine, avrò il tempo di condividere alcune delle foto più carine che ho fatto, ma prima vorrei chiedere a tutti un consiglio: ho iniziato a pubblicare in inglese, dato che ero in Scozia quando ho cominciato, ma ora che sono tornata in Italia mi chiedo se dovrei pubblicare in italiano, o in entrambe le lingue forse ... cosa mi suggerite di fare? We are all different, with our faults and strong points and the fitness traning should help us get fitter and well balanced.
. 😱You might have the strongest thighs in the world but with weak calves you will, sonner or later, get injured.
😱Great at swimming but very poor cyclist? If you want to take part in triathlon, jump on the bike more often.
😱Can run marathon under 3h but cannot do single pull-up? 😱😢😂
Strike a balance my friend, balance! .
My weakness is overhead press. So I will work on it, until I feel that the balance between pulling and pushing is restored.

I was more than lucky to have spent my Saturday at the new Tattu in Edinburgh with my mama 🌸 Everything about this place was fantastic - the service, food, drinks and atmosphere! •
To start off I had the amazing Skull Candy cocktail which is Tattu’s famous smoking skull - this was so nice and very me as I have such a sweet tooth! For starters mum had the Szechuan Rock Shrimp (served with carrot, chive and chilli pepper aioli) and I had the Sweet and Sour Vegetable Tempura (with lemon ponzu, soba noodles and nori salt) - both were vvv yummy and if you’re a veggie like me I’d definitely recommend the tempura!! •
On to mains, I had the Vegetarian Chicken and Black Bean which was so so so good and the chicken tasted literally like the real thing?? 10/10 from me 🤤
All in all, everything was SO good but I’d have to say, if I was to go again, I would maybe share a main and starter as they’re quite filling (and I wanted a dessert but couldn’t manage ☹️), but just depends how hungry you are!
