Cheeseball Trio 6 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened ½ cup POD & BEAN® Raspberry Amaretto Preserves ½ cup POD & BEAN® Roasted Pineapple and Pepper Chutney ½ cup POD & BEAN® Cherry Habanero Sauce Assorted crackers, for serving
Sweet Toppings Coconut, shredded PURE DARK™ Cocoa Nibs, any flavor
1 Place 2 blocks of softened cream cheese into three separate bowls.
2 Add Roasted Pineapple and Pepper Chutney to one bowl, 1/2 cup Raspberry Amaretto Preserves to the second bowl and 1/2 cup Cherry Habanero Sauce to the last bowl. Stir each bowl until ingredients are well combined.
3 Once combined, stir in preferred sweet or savory additions. Form into three separate balls and roll in the crunchy toppings of your choice.
4 Individually wrap cheese balls in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about one hour. Keep chilled until ready to serve (can be made up to 48 hours ahead). To serve, place cheese balls on a platter or serving board with assorted crackers and toasted baguettes.
5 These are great in bite-size versions, too! Use just 2 blocks of cream cheese divided between 3 bowls and 1-2 tablespoons of each POD & BEAN Sauce. Once combined, form into tablespoon-sized balls and roll in your choice of toppings. Wrap in plastic and chill for an hour. Insert a pretzel stick into each ball prior to serving.

Que porqué el 19 de noviembre estoy poniendo receta de pavo?
Pues para que se vayan animando a hacerlo. Muchos dicen que hacer un pavo es de valientes.
En navidad, normalmente el pavo lo hacen las mamás o las abuelas, por eso a veces no nos animamos a hacerlo hasta que nos toca.
Pero viene Thanksgiving y aunque fuera de Estados Unidos no lo celebramos tanto, es una buena ocasión para hacerlo, juntarnos con familia y amigos a agradecer tantas bendiciones.
Esta receta se las comparto con mucho cariño, es una receta que he estado perfeccionando y simplificando por 20 años. Es laboriosa en tiempo pero si te compras un termómetro digital (de esos que les puedes dejar adentro del pavo en el horno) y sigues las instrucciones al pie de la letra te va a salir perfecto.
Recuerden comprar el pavo de la mejor calidad que encuentren, crudo, no ahumado.
Más o menos se tarda 3 horas en cocinarse. Calcula los tiempos para que lo sirvas después de los 30 minutos de reposo. Es totalmente otra la experiencia cuando lo comes recién salido del horno que hecho dos días antes, rebanado, recalentado y seco.
Las instrucciones empiezan con la preparación de 48 horas antes, es todo un ritual pero vale la pena.

BEFORE✨AFTER ✨ A few things you probably didn’t know about our Mountaintop home! ✨ It was built in 1983 and is made of metal and glass! ✨ When James and I moved in it was 2010 the home and entire property needed a ton of work. I was 26 and James had just turned 30. We were determined to make our property and home somewhere we were proud to share with friends and family 💫 A wine company wasn’t even a thought at this time. We just had a feeling destiny had something in store for us and we had to just put our heads down and got to work✨ We started with a lot of DIY, like landscaping. We planted the lawn and over 400 plants ourselves! We re-did most of the pool area since that was where we spent most of our time, and inside we actually kept almost everything original (we just updated floors, windows and we re-painted the house a shade of brown that matched the properties soil ✨🌎)✨ I just went down a rabbit role of old photos from the remodel that I want to show you all 🤗 I wish I had documented all that work we did here on @instagram but I didn’t even have an account then! 📸 @adamdecker
