  • I get asked a lot about what to do when you have something going that will keep your little ones out past their bedtime.. Last night my husband and I took our girls to our town’s holiday parade. I knew this meant a late bedtime for them and I was 💯 okay with that! What I also knew was: • We would likely have meltdowns when we got home ✔️ • They would have a harder time falling asleep ✔️ • They would likely wake super early in the morning (5am & 5:30am) ✔️ This did not prevent us from going and experiencing some of the holiday fun with them! Having an off night from the “norm” once in a while is okay. Just keep in mind that the next day they are going to be extra tired and their schedule like need to be adjusted accordingly (earlier nap time(s) and earlier bedtime). • • #sweetpeasleeps #sleepcoach #holidayfun #holidayparade #familytime
