  • Rest day tomorrow and off for a little trip to relax, recover and definitely get my thoughts back together. ⁣⁣
Last 2 weeks have been overly stressful and I may not have shown it on here but gosh I was a ticking bomb 💣😂 luckily I’m done with essays and can now fully focus on the good stuff 🎄.⁣
Random thought of the day: I have a tough personality, weird, odd, fun, loving,  sometimes completely nuts. The handful of people who truly know me, know exact what I’m like, how irritating I can sometimes get but also how totally sweet I am haha. But that’s just who I am. And why am I telling you this... well because I know how easy it is to judge people through social media, text, whatever. Sometimes that’s not what we are like in real life. You always see me happy, bubbly and enjoying every day (most days I am) but there are those when I say stupid and random things (which are often taken the wrong way), I do things that can look a certain way and in reality are completely different. My point is, there is more to every person than is often shared on social media, no matter how much they post each day.⁣
Anyways, this is just a random thought that popped in my head and I decided to share it, despite being completely irrelevant.⁣⁣

So here are some of our back exercises: 🏋️‍♀️
◾ Close grip front lat pull down
◾ Wide grip seated cable row
◾ Pull ups 
We start off with double contractions (hence why @ricardorich1 is Mr 4D😉) combination of both full & partial reps which are both brilliant for muscle building. Transitioning into full reps then partial reps until failure ‼️ Pull ups I love to do as a finisher full reps and if I have energy I might get a few partial reps.

lil behind on my leg development too BUT... 1. 4x15 leg extensions (2 second pause at top for first 10)
2. 4x10 alternating lunges
3. 4x10 leg press
4. 4x8 landmine squats
5. 4x10 machine cannon ball press into calve raise
6. 4x10 calve raises ... heres this terribly fun leg day to try out!

Mi #TB favorito, sencillamente porque miro al pasado y me enorgullece lo tanto que he cambiado, más de mentalidad que físicamente. Si deseas cambios físicos sin antes intentar cambios en tu forma de ver la vida te aseguro que regresarás siempre al punto de partida y los cambios que consigas jamás se van a conservar. Es como cuando una persona que lleva 30 años siendo obeso se somete a una cirugía para bajar de peso; esta es una persona que muy a pesar de tener tantos kilos menos seguirá recurriendo en ansiedad a los malos hábitos en su alimentación y volverá a su punto inicial, porque las cirugías te cambian físicamente, pero la realidad del cambio está EN TU MENTE!
