I am way to determined to be defeated! When things in life get hard that’s where I am the most driven to learn. I always enjoy my ups, my blessings, and I appreciate all of the good while it lasts, but BAD SH*T happens to everyone! I do my best to be prepared enough to LESSEN THE IMPACT of the bad times as they come, but I refuse to walk in fear and I don’t give up no matter how low I may be! -
What’s helped me has been my self analysis.. I do self report cards on my progress and growth. I really value my ability to always learn something NEW! I really value my ability to have a BRAIN and a SPIRIT nobody can take from me! I have seen some intense things in my short time on earth and I have learned to have gratitude for every life experience and/or opportunity put in front of me, even the ones that may not be “for me” in the long run! -

💪🏼 Here’s How I Eat to Avoid Fat Gain on the Weekend 👇🏼
✔️ Push a big fast. This means no calories consumed for the first 6 hours upon waking up. If needed, break your fast with a high protein, moderate carb and low fat meal like the egg whites & oatmeal shown in this picture.
✔️ Save calories for your big meal out to eat. Try to get something as high protein as possible and try not to exceed 75% of your total caloric intake for the day (50% if you ate earlier).
✔️ Have 1-2 scoops of whey protein to end your day of eating. Protein is typically lower on meals served at restaurants with high carbs & fat so any extra calories you’ll have left should be used on protein intake.

Takodje je važna pomoć instruktora u savladavanju istog.

A reminder that you don’t need to strive for a perfect week, just take it day by day. If today wasn’t great there’s always tomorrow. You can’t write off an entire week just because you had 2 bad days, there are 5 others remember! And if you’ve been off track for a while, firstly CHILL you’re allowed it’s Christmas enjoy it!!! BUT your body will be sick of it at some point and will just want a banana I promise you. The same regarding gym sessions, if they’re not up to standard, go easy on yourself and take time out OR keep trying because you will have that bomb ass session in the end. It all depends on what type of person you are we’re all different.♥️
Started this week off with my period which is totes awesome on a Monday. Luckily I tend to have more strength and be less hormonal this week, irrespective of the intense bloating and pain haha. But it explains all of last weeks tears and uncontrollable hunger, I had such a low mood and I need to remember as a female our hormones are all over the place throughout the month, not just for 1 week.♥️
This weeks goals are to basically drink enough water, eat as nutritionally dense foods as possible and smash all of my sessions. Hope you all have a fab start to the week! 💓
