7 декабря 2019 - мой первый профессиональный заслуженный праздник ⠀
3 месяца назад я первый раз взлетела на 320 птичке в качестве бортпроводника, а сейчас на моем счету уже 210 часов в небе ⠀
Авиация - это отдельный мир, где не все друг друга знают по именам, но узнают по улыбке или по шарфику Аэрофлота 😄, где любят воздушные ямы и турбулентность из-за чувства адреналина, где утро может начинаться ночью, а ночь - утром в зависимости от времени явки, где все не так, как на земле ⠀
Я рада, что небо впустило меня к себе в гости и позволяет иногда чуть-чуть похозяйничать 🌠 ⠀
Впереди столько неизведанного, поэтому пока что я просто хочу порадоваться сегодняшнему дню и поздравить всех причастных ✈️ ⠀

Arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes
Minimum height of 160 cm
High school graduate (Grade 12)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
No visible tattoos while you’re in Emirates cabin crew uniform (cosmetic and bandage coverings aren’t allowed)
Can adapt to new people, new places and new situations

Sometimes we hit that SLUMP mid-workout or mid-set. That ‘Power Pose’ is a go to of mine and (unknowingly) a lot of others! Our bodies are meant to be pushed and challenged. Many times it’s in our HEAD that our thoughts need to be regrouped. Mind-Body connection is trivial in progress (as well as life!!).
