WOOOOW they certainly eclipsed a crisp refreshing lemonade flavor which is a perfect blend of Tart and sweet. It's always a treat sipping on this.

Effectiveness
As BCAA intra this stuff is amazing. The recovery is certainly improved, with less soreness the next day plus the performance on this is great. More reps and sets each workout. This is really one of my favorite intras I've used only wish to see it become an EAA which certainly would've elevated this even further 👌

Conclusion
If you're wanting a tasty intra that properly effective then search no more. This stuff delivers amazingly well - again super impressive by @powrdupnutrition this one is another winner! Thanks again to Nate @powrdupnutrition got this opportunity!

  • Hey remember when I used to weigh something like 65kg (143lb) and felt like I could blow away in the wind??? Yeah neither can I hahahahaha lucky now I’m sitting at 92kg (202lb) feeling a hell of a lot better. This has taken me 3.5 years of solid ass lifting without to much distraction. ——————————————-

  • I think more people should lift early in the morning, it’s very therapeutic. There’s something about being awake working out when everyone else is asleep that I just love. Temporarily, it’s just you and the weights, no distractions. You don’t have to get up at four in the morning like I do, but making a push to try and get some work done before your days starts could make a big difference in your life.I wish I could do it everyday but my schedule makes it tough to get to bed at a good time for it.

  • I’m trying; I really am. I’ve eaten more today. Had a DEXA scan to try to kick my own butt; struggling to see that I’m ‘underfat’ but at a healthy BMI. The DEXA was as I expected, I need #gainz, particularly around my abdomen. 
Baby steps. I’ve managed most of my meal plan til’ now . Each day I need to keep adding things back one by one. 
I know I need to gain weight; but it is usually the other way around in our society; weight loss is glorified, and I could get away for a period of time maintaining my current physique. But I KNOW if I do this I am holding myself back; getting in my own way of reaching my potential. 
It’s so hard, yet so simple; a paradox. I know I need to eat dinner. NOW.

What is ‘functional?’, all trainers will have their own manifestation on what exactly this looks like in a programme. The problem is that for most people it becomes all too complicated. If and when this happens the simplest action to make is to revert back to ‘Basics’.

Humans, we are made move, and within these movements we have six fundimental movement patterns. Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Lunge and Carry. They all serve a purpose, and each programme should evenly target each of these movements. Doing so will result in healthy joints, pain free movement and long term training health. Yes, when trained hard and with the right nutrition - looking good will come also, as a bi-product.

Now, it would be great if we all came from the same starting point and one magic plan worked for everyone and we were all healthy and looked great. Sadly, that is never the case. Sedentary lifestyles leave most people with an anteriorlly tilted pelvis and pronated shoulders. This is due to tight and overworked anterior muscles (quads, hip flexors and chest), with underworked and unappreciated posterior chain muscles (gluteals, hamstrings and upper back). Combined with a neglected core.

This is why programmes are individualised. Although there will be similarities from person to person, no two people will be the same. As well as each individual coming from different backgrounds, everyones goal will be slightly different and more work will be required on different areas. Then there are athletes, where they're training movement patterns will be programmed in accordance with the movements performed within their sport. ———————————————
The point is, too much training is spent to the ethos of ‘bodybuilding’. The look good mentality, where to much emphasis is placed on the individual muscles and not enough on movement patterns. Closed chain exercises become favourable (Leg Press, chest press) over open chain functional movements (single-leg lunge, weighted push ups). ———————————————
Train for whatever goal it may be. Lets keep it functional.
