  • Gente, tenho notado que a maior dificuldade das pessoas em manter a dieta é na hora de comer fora de casa. Aqueles lanchinhos na hora da fome que acabam em sanduíches, pão de queijo e outras coisas fáceis de encontrar mas que detonam qualquer dieta.  Por isso vou postar toda semana opcoes bacanas pra vcs levarem e comeram sem culpa. Bora!! .
MUFFINS DE BANANA
nutritivos, natural, sem farinha, leite, açúcar e adoçante. Ótima opção de lanchinho

Receita:
✔ 2 ovos
✔ 1 xícara de farelo de aveia
✔ 1/4 de óleo de coco
✔ 2 bananas
✔ 1/2 xic de uva passa
✔ 1 col sopa de fermento em pó
✔ canela a gosto
.
No liquidificador coloca os ovos, óleo, banana e uvas passas. Bata bem até que fique uma massa homogênea. Transfira para uma tigela e acrescente a aveia, canela e o fermento. Coloque em forminhas de cupcake e leve ao forno preaquecido até que fiquem dourado, e que, ao espertar um palito, ele saia limpo.

I’ve traded the gym for getting my lashes done and a night on the sofa 😇 It’s genuinely so so needed. Plus I have tomorrow off work so I’ll have a lovely chilled evening and morning!

I find this time of year really difficult and there’s always guilt in the back of my head when I’m not doing something. But, it’s cold and miserable and my Christmas onesie was calling! So, guilt? Nope. .

Also, I think I’m going to head to #Canterbury and explore tomorrow - if you’ve got any recommendations please send them my way!💕

  • Se acercan las navidades y, como no queremos perder ese ritmo que hemos pillado en semanas anteriores, aquí tenemos un WOD con todo lo bueno para el cuerpo. 
Como veis, el entrenamiento tiene forma de calendario de adviento 🎁
El número de día marca las repeticiones que hay que hacer de cada ejercicio.
Por eso el calentamiento es tan cortito, porque como los primeros ejercicios son pocas repes nos sirven para aumentar la intensidad progresivamente.
Ya sabéis que podéis escribirme si tenéis alguna duda con los ejercicios.
Si lo probáis, etiquetadme en vuestras historias o mandadme documento gráfico 😜😜
