Bahan :
250 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
250 tepung terigu protein sedang
100 gr gula pasir (sy 80 gr)
2 sdm susu bubuk full cream
1 sdm ragi
1 butir telur
250 ml susu cair dingin / air dingin
70 gr butter / margarin
1/2 sdt garam

Topping : wijen secukupnya (boleh skip)
.
Cara Membuat :
1. Dalam wadah campur tepung, gula, susu bubuk, dan ragi, aduk rata. Tambahkan telur dan susu / air dingin sedikit2 sambil diulen hingga setengah kalis, tambahkan garam dan butter / margarin, uleni terus hingga kalis elastis. Diamkan adonan sebentar hingga sedikit mengembang, sy 15 menit.
2. Kempiskan adonan, bagi dan timbang adonan (sy 50 gr), lalu bulatkan, olesi permukaan adonan dengan susu cair, celupkan ke wijen, tata diloyang yang telah dioles margarin, lakukan hingga selesai. Diamkan adonan hingga mengembang dua kali lipat, saya 40 menit (tergantung suhu ruang didaerah masing2).
3. Panggang hingga matang dioven yang telah dipanasi sebelumnya, sesuaikan oven masing2 ya. Setelah matang, oles permukaan roti dengan margarin leleh. 
Hasil : 19 - 20 buah.

In una planetaria versa farina setacciata, lievito, malto e aziona. Versa acqua a filo. Lavora per 10 minuti fino a quando non sarà incordato al gancio. Versa 35gr di olio a filo e lavora finchè non si incorderà di nuovo. Unisci il sale mentre è anacora in funzione.⁠
Sposta su piano e lavora un pochino con le mani. Metti in ciotola coperto con pellicola e lascia in forno spento con luce accesa per 3 ore.⁠

In una padella versa 20g di olio, cipolla a fettine, 50gr di acqua e fai stufare per qualche minuto. Unisci i pelati e cuoci per 30 minuti.⁠

Recupera l'impasto e stendilo bene su una teglia 40x32cm unta con 10g di olio. Fai lievitare altri 30 minuti, forno spento e luce accesa.⁠
⁠
Recupera la teglia, spolverizza con pecorino, caciocavallo a cubettini e alici scolate. Copri con il sugo e cospargi la superficie con origano e pangrattato tostato in padella.⁠
Cuoci in forno statico a 200° per 50 minuti. Sforna, taglialo a quadrotti e servi lo #sfincione #palermitano!⁠

Mangut Ikan Kembung

Bahan-bahan:
5 ekor ikan kembung, siangi cuci bersih, lumuri garam n air jeruk nipis. (Bisa pake ikan lele atau ikan asap)
4 buah tahu, potong segitiga, goreng
Secukupnya cabe rawit utuh
3 buah cabe hijau, iris serong
1 buah tomat iris
2 lbr daun salam
3 lbr daun jeruk
2 cm lengkuas geprek
800ml santan (secukupnya)
secukupnya garam, gula

bumbu halus:
10 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
1 ruas kencur
3 ruas kunyit bakar
1 sdt ketumbar sangrai 
1 sdt terasi
4 cabe rawit

Cara membuat 
1. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, daun jeruk n lengkuas  hingga harum dan bumbu matang. Masukkan cabe rawit dan cabe iris, aduk rata.
2. Tuang santan, setelah mendidih masukkan tahu, ikan goreng. Bubuhi gula garam merica. 
3. Masukkan tomat, biarkan mendidih lagi sambil sesekali diaduk. Tambahkan kemangi jika suka.

Langsam kommen da Hobbies zusammen, welchen die Kinder noch nicht selbst nachgehen können. Jep, wir wurden was wir nie werden wollten #ascheaufmeinhaupt . Aber das Universum meinte es bitzeli ok mit uns. Denn während wir Erwachsenen warten, können wir lesen, schreiben oder arbeiten und während wir wohin radeln oder fahren, geniessen wir die Gespräche und Zweisamkeit. #makeitnice #reitediewelle

 Die nächsten zwei Monate darf K2 einmal die Woche mit einem von uns unterwegs sein und wegen des Zeitmangels sein Znacht mitnehmen. Während mich das ein wenig stresste, ist er sauglücklich und endstolz darüber, dass er in Papas takeout Geschirr (von @wertundvoll ) sein Znacht mitnehmen darf. Heute gibts Milchreis (aus Hafermilch und bestem #kocanskioriz ) mit Sommerhimbeeren aus dem Garten und einem Hauch Kokosblütenzucker. Unser liebstes Soulfood (sag ich jetzt und komme nächste Woche mt nem andern daher). Ist wohl eher die Morifizierung meines Kindheitslieblings #sutlijaš #сутлијаш .

  • Would you look at that, it’s me again, cashing in on old content because I don’t have time to bake anything new!!!! I have been CYBERBULLIED via DM for lack of content and to that I say, you right. But ladies and gents I am, in fact, employed, despite my illiteracy and potty mouth, and I can’t be baking on a Wednesday morn like a pioneer woman preparing her beau for the hunt. Also, depending on a 23 year old for anything other than drunk crying over being the fat friend is simply ridiculous. So here’s a photo of some garlic knots to appease you animals, savor it and be patient with me.

  • Quoi de mieux qu'un bon roulé à la confiture si moelleux pour accompagner le café ☕☕ Je posterais la recette en stories ce soir ❤ 
Sinon voici la recette ecrite : 
Pour la génoise il vous faut : 
4 oeufs 
120gr de sucre 
120gr de farine 
Préchauffer le four à 180°C
Dans un bol battre les oeufs + sucre 10 bonnes minutes pour avoir un mélange mousseux et blanchâtre. Incorporer par la suite la farine tamisé délicatement à l aide d'une maryse. 
Etaler le mélange sur un grand plateau recouvert de papier cuisson et enfourner pendant 10 min. 
A la sortie du four retourner la genoise sur un torchon humide recouvert de papier cuisson. Enlever délicatement le papier cuisson qui était sur le plateau du four. Retourner une deuxième fois la genoise pour avoir le dessus devant. Enrouler la genoise autours du torchon et laisser refroidir pendant 30min. 
Dérouler la genoise et étaler  généreusement de la confiture de votre choix (fraise pour moi). Enrouler une dernière fois la genoise, découper les extrémités et saupoudrer de sucre glace. 
Et voilà bonne dégustation ❤

  • Why is kale never lonely? Because they come in bunches! 🥦(I know that’s broccoli, but it’s the closest emoji to kale)

I made some homemade kale chips and have been enjoying them as a tasty, quick snack! Kale chips can be pretty pricey at grocery stores, but it’s so easy and fast to make your own - and you can customize the flavors by changing up the spices!

I recommend using kale that isn’t finely chopped to make kale chips, because small pieces will easily burn and won’t be good sizes for chips. I used kale from Trader Joe’s, and it was great!

Here’s how to make your own kale chips (full recipe with photos on my blog):
Preheat oven to 375 F. Massage kale in the bag to soften it slightly. Add to a large bowl, add 3-4 tbsp olive oil, and sprinkle with EBTB, black pepper, nutritional yeast, and a bit of turmeric and paprika. Massage the kale with your hands to evenly coat the leaves in seasoning and olive oil.

If you don’t have these seasonings, salt, pepper, and garlic work great! Bake for 10-15 minutes, checking on them occasionally, until crispy. Let cool and enjoy! Kale yeah! (Ok I’ll stop with the kale puns...for now)
