  • In a society that conditions us to think that failure is a bad thing, it’s no wonder why people think that most people have “it together all the time” it's because no one is talking about it ...no one is sharing their shortcomings or failures afraid that  they're going to come across as negative nancy or looking for sympathy.

However, if we began to look at our failures/mistakes as an *opportunity* to provide feedback to our selves and see it as a part of our journey as we pursue our dreams than when we hit these moments, they wouldn't derail us or stop us from continuing to move forward...because we know it's a part of the process for growth. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With that said, I am SO excited about the launch of @pass.fail that will be an inclusive space having conversations about succeeding, failing + everything in between....and I think you should take a peek & follow them! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • Three years ago today I started Kurtz Hospitality Marketing to help those in the hospitality community better navigate the sales, marketing, and public relations waters. (Note the ocean blue in the logo). In those short years we have had the honor to work with some of the brightest and most creative clients in the industry.  The team and I look forward to many more adventures in marketing.  Cheers to 3 Years!

That's because they literally are cooking up the content every single day.
•
All you have to do is have one of the staff take some different pictures with their phone.
• 
Next you'll want to make the images brighter and sharper by editing them in Instagram or a third party application.
•
Then think of some hashtags to use for your post. I would do a little research and see what hashtags your customers and competitors are using.
•
Choose 5-15 different hashtags to use for your post. Don't use hashtags that have more than a few hundred thousand posts since those are harder to rank for.
•
For the caption I would describe the dishes you are promoting in the images and also use a call to action to drive engagement.

  • Kind of ironic that I flew all the way from #SATX to Chicago to drink mezcal and eat gourmet tacos @barriochicago with @kettlebellsandcabernet 🤷🏻‍♀️🥃. Nonetheless, I was so happy to have a night out with my bestie in the Windy City 🌃. We didn’t get ANY photos of the two of us, but we sure had a good time and ended the night watching Friends in her hotel room with 🍷😂. This particular cocktail is the Flaming Moe with @mezcalunion, mango, sage, lime and blackberry 😋🔥
