Is there a better feeling than sitting in a warm room with a hot chocolate in hand, watching fat snow flakes fall on a Volcanic cone while sitting on a comfy couch?
Could probably sit here in my #HinodeHills room till the end of time watching Mt Yotei, just to make sure it doesn’t go anywhere.
Had the best week in @nisekovillage at the @ytlhotels opening of their latest and greatest hotel #HinodeHills , a truly spectacular and luxurious stay for sure. Stay tuned for more.
You think you've got it
Oh, you think you've got it
But got it just don't get it when there's nothin' at all
We get together
Oh, we get together
But separate's always better when there's feelings involved.
The mind and the heart are like an old married couple.
For the first four years of marriage comes the "honeymoon" phase. So deeply in love with each other and cannot dare to live without one another. The heart wants the toy set for herself and the mind says "Of course baby, whatever you want," and within a split second, he buys his lover the gift through a marvelous display of emotions.
Next comes the "I love you but you get on my nerves" phase. For the next seven years, both become irritated with each other. The heart wants to learn her multiplication tables, but the mind just is too lazy and stubborn to study.
Then comes the "You never listen to me" phase. For the next 10 years, the heart and mind start to have disagreements and arguments about the smallest things. And somehow, each time, one always wins over the other.
The "Let's work together and hustle" phase comes along. This is the time dreams and goals are accomplished and both grow with each other to make life better.
Then comes the "My mom called and asked for grandchildren" phase. Sooner or later, a family is made and both become mature. One changes the diapers and the other fills up the baby bottle. Both respect each other and find a middle ground.
Last but not least, comes the "Old but golden" phase. Love and peace is in the air. The mind becomes slow in walking, but the heart holds his hand. The heart wants to dance to her favorite song, and the mind spins her around.
What a beautiful couple they are. -Meha Patel
