Sometimes we hit that SLUMP mid-workout or mid-set. That ‘Power Pose’ is a go to of mine and (unknowingly) a lot of others! Our bodies are meant to be pushed and challenged. Many times it’s in our HEAD that our thoughts need to be regrouped. Mind-Body connection is trivial in progress (as well as life!!).

It was very cold and a little hazy but definetly worth the trip. We had some sunshine and a lot of stairs that kept us warm 🥵
