T - rauma or toxins (medications, drugs, or alcohol)
A - utoimmune
M - etabolic imbalances
I - diopathic (epilepsy)
N - eoplasm
S - yndromes (psychogenic seizures or syncope)

Writing out a list with everything for my exams helped a lot with coping with stress. This way I know exactly what I need to study 📖 what resources I need + how much time !
attention. I am about the get really emotional!
Right now I am hometown, I am feeling good. I started journaling some days ago and it genuinely helped with...well everything. All the stuff that built up in me in the last few months finally was released. It was so hard to face my emotions. I was afraid of getting out of the mindset i was in. It is still hard. “I don’t deserve to be better. I need to suffer everyday, stare in the blank with my thoughts. This is what I am supposed to do. I don’t deserve happiness. I don’t deserve help. What if I start writing down everything that troubles me and I get better? What happens then?” I was and still am trapped in a hole of self - pity. These thoughts held me back and still hold me from speaking to someone about what I am going through. So many things happened to me last year, and I don’t think I processed them after they occurred. They just built and built. And I am not sure if i should post this. But in the hope that if somebody goes through something that they can’t face, can’t admit to and are scared of, reads this and realizes that she/he is not alone, and that helps him/her, then I am more than willing to share it. Even if i am scared. 🧡
Maybe you noticed the lack of posts on my feed...and you know why now. I constantly take a break from Instagram for 2-3 days, or more whenever I need it. Without excuses.
Thanks for still being here for me, messaging me and supporting me. It means a lot and I really appreciate every comment + dm. 💖
I know this is a bit all over the place. I just wanted to catch you up on what’s going on.
After not reading a lot of books in the last years (which I deeply regret) I promised myself to read at least 15 books in 2020:
📙 1️⃣ - ✅
I have a lot of great memories related to 🏀, and since I'm German, these are almost all associated somehow to Dirk Nowitzki. -My year in boarding school @montverde_academy where I was the statistician for the (now well-known) high school team and where we played NBA2K on the gaming consoles in the dormitories. I often chose the Dallas Mavericks because they had Dirk. -The loss of the @dallasmavs vs Miami in 2006 and the many international tournaments with Dirk playing for 🇩🇪 and carrying the flag into the stadium during the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics -One of the main highlights: the last games of the NBA finals 2011 which I watched with friends and my (then girlfriend - now) wife while being on a west coast trip in the 🇺🇸. One game we watched in our big suite which we all shared shortly after arriving, the last one at a sports bar in San Francisco.
The book I just completed offers a small glimpse into Dirk's world, his passion and his dedication to the sport. #bookstagram#goals#2020#booklover#book#reading#learning#biography#basketball#nowitzki@swish41#memories#igdaily#photooftheday

I've dyed vessels with great success... unfortunately I didn't think about the dye bleeding through like it did. I'm going to try blocking the bleed through by finishing the inside of the bowl first with danish oil. Hoping that will stop the issue from happening 🤞we shall see. .
I'll figure out a method that works. You can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs 🙃
In the 19th century, it became popular to use the phrase “the sun never sets on the British Empire”. It was a time when British world maps showed the Empire in red and pink to highlight British imperial power spanning the globe. Scottish author, John Wilson, writing as "Christopher North" in Blackwood's Magazine in 1829, is sometimes credited as originating the usage. However, George Macartney wrote in 1773, in the wake of the territorial expansion that followed Britain's victory in the Seven Years' War, of "this vast empire on which the sun never sets, and whose bounds nature has not yet ascertained." In a speech on 31 July 1827, Rev. R. P. Buddicom said, "It had been said that the sun never set on the British flag; it was certainly an old saying, about the time of Richard the Second, and was not so applicable then as at the present time." In 1821, the Caledonian Mercury wrote of the British Empire, "On her dominions the sun never sets; before his evening rays leave the spires of Quebec, his morning beams have shone three hours on Port Jackson, and while sinking from the waters of Lake Superior, his eye opens upon the Mouth of the Ganges." Daniel Webster famously expressed a similar idea in 1834: "A power which has dotted over the surface of the whole globe with her possessions and military posts, whose morning drumbeat, following the sun and keeping company with the hours, circles the earth with one continuous and unbroken strain of the martial airs of England." In 1839, Sir Henry Ward said in the House of Commons, "Look at the British Colonial empire—the most magnificent empire that the world ever saw. The old Spanish boast that the sun never set in their dominions, has been more truly realised amongst ourselves." ➡️ Follow @educational.history.memes for more memes with in-depth historical captions

Sometimes all you need is a change in your lifestyle.
Often we read book to unleash miracle principle again and again but fail to practice because YOU HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED THE SITUATION OF AUTHOR OR PROPOUNDER OF PRINCIPLE.
It's not book through you get all you need it's experience which teaches a lot.
