1.ผสมเครื่องปรุงรสตามสัดส่วนเข้าด้วยกัน (กระเทียมสับ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ น้ำตาล 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ น้ำตาลฟรุกโตส 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ คันจัง(ซอสถั่วเหลือง 1.5 ช้อนโต๊ะ)

2.ลวกเต้าหู้ในน้ำเดือดประมาณ 1 นาที
3.ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อนใส่น้ำมัน แล้วนำกิมจิลงไปผัด
4.เมื่อกิมจิสุกพอประมาณแล้ว ใส่เนื้อหมูส่วนคอ หัวหอม ต้นหอมญี่ปุ่น ลงไปผัดตามด้วยเครื่องปรุงรสที่ผสมเตรียมไว้
5.นำกิมจิผัดหมูตักใส่จานไว้ตรงกลาง แล้วนำเต้าหู้มาวางเรียงรอบๆจาน โรยด้วยงา เป็นอันเรียบร้อยพร้อมเสิร์ฟ

1st time. Okay, this will be a tough review. My first impression is that this is way too sweet. My second impression is that at least it is unique. The sweetness has an odd fruity taste that is super different. The more I drink it, it gets better. Overall, this is not my favorite. It is just too sweet. The aspartame also doesn't help.

2nd time. I had this about two years ago before I was reviewing makgeolli. I have had a lot of 오미자 makgeollis since, so I am excited to see how it holds up. This has the highest amount of 오미자 per bottle I have had at 2.4%. Mungyeong is also famous for 오미자. It is very pink. Wow. This is very different from other 오미자 makgeollis. It is less sweet. It is also less sour. It is more bitter, which blends in a very interesting and unique way with the berry flavor. It probably isn't my favorite makgeolli of its kind, but I absolutely appreciate it. It is undeniably unique and special. The berry flavor is very good, but the aspartame hurts. It is still worth trying and I recommend it.
