  • Hi friends. Nice to meet you if we haven’t met, I wanted to introduce myself 😇 I lived with debilitating pain, injuries, and feeling lost for years. I am grateful beyond words to now live in harmony with my body and spirit. With my entire heart, my life mission is helping others to alleviate physical and emotional pain, enhance movement, be at home in their bodies, and find hope with healing. I intend to teach, share, and give all I can so others can find healing and harmony in their body, mind, heart, and soul.

I am competitive and yet a total goofball. I am the most gentle soul you may ever meet. I believe true strength is kindness and compassion. I am an aspiring author and public speaker. I am a teacher and lifelong student. I have an obsession with color, especially my NamasteFit Life happy pants. Color speaks to me and it’s an outward representation of the joy in my body after years of pain and depression. Each of my tattoos are major life events and represent a beautiful transition. My nickname is mermaid because I really don’t belong on dry land. Nature is my personal healing medicine. 
I embody gratitude. I embody devotion to giving love. I embody kindness to all beings.

jest dla niej niezłym wyzwaniem. 
Z powyższego powodu tzw punkty spustowe znalazłam u niej na wysokości przyczepu bliższego mięśnia biodrowo lędźwiowego, który odpowiedzialny jest za ruch  zginania w stawie biodrowym, na wysokości odcinka lędźwiowego kręgosłupa i zaraz za łopatkami w mięśniu czworobocznym. 👉Punkty spustowe to miejsca dużej nadwrażliwości na dotyk, bolesne, mogą boleć tylko przy dotyku lub mogą boleć przy każdej, psiej czynności, cały czas... Znalezienie takiego punktu, poza zmieniona faktura tkanek pod palcami, rozpoznasz po zachowaniach odruchowych lub świadomych psa tj napięcie chorych mięśni, zmieniony oddech, indywidualne reakcje na nagły ból, próby odejścia. 
Z drugiej strony zaaplikowanie odpowiedniego docisku na taki punkt powoduje ulgę i "uwalnia" tkanki pozwalając im, na nowo, płynnie pracować i poruszać się między sobą! 
To co należy jeszcze wiedzieć to, że istnienie takich punktów w ciele może znacząco wpłynąć na sposób poruszania się zwierzęcia. W zależności od przypadku może mu je utrudniać ale może też ułatwiać! 
W tej drugiej sytuacji "rozluźnienie" takich punktów może uwydatnić nam ukryte problemy o głębszym podłożu (np ortopedyczne), w sprawie których trzeba koniecznie zwrócić się do lekarza weterynarii.

💡 Saviez-vous que le Psoas est responsable de 50% des lombalgies !

1️⃣ Le muscle :
.
Son origine est vertébrale ( T12 à L5) et sa terminaison est sur le petit trochanter du fémur.
.
⚙️ Il est stabilisateur antérieure de hanche et permet la flexion de hanche, c'est le seul muscle à relier le bas et le haut du corps.
.
➡️Si un psoas est contracté, il peut y avoir un déséquilibre de la structure, c'est le dos qui va compenser.
.
🚨 Ce muscle est super important pour la marche et la course.
.
➡️Le Psoas est un muscle problématique qui est souvent à travailler en Ostéopathie.
.
💡On le surnomme "le muscle poubelle" car il stocke les toxines issus des reins qui sont posés sur les psoas. Les psoas sont une sorte de rail pour les reins. À l'inspiration les reins vont glisser sur les psoas.
.
🍔 Alimentation :
.
L'hygiène de vie est primordiale. Le psoas sera impacté si votre alimentation est trop acide (viande, fromage, fruit, sucre, alcool, oeuf).
.
➡️Il va falloir manger des aliments basiques pour tamponner (patate, légumes verts, amandes, bananes).
.
👍 Ces étirements vont permettre de réduire vos lombalgies, d'améliorer la bascule de votre bassin, améliorer votre posture et d'augmenter l'amplitude de vos mouvements.
