Some other information that I've learned over the ISSAssociation book
1.Water makes up nearly 60% of body weight with different tissues containing higher or lower fluid percentages based on chemical composition
2.About two thirds of total body water is intracellular fluid while about one third of the total body water is extracellular fluid
3.Water acts as a solvent, catalyst, lubricant, temperature regulator, mineral source, and regulator of growth
4.Water intake comes through food ingestion and beverage consumption. On average, between two and 3 liters of total fluid intake is required per day to balance out water losses
5.Fluid losses come in the form of respirator losses, sweat losses, urinary losses, and fecal losses.
6.Dehydration refers to losses in total body water while hyponatremia refers to reductions in plasma sodium concentrations
7.When fluid imbalances are initiated, specific mechanisms are in place to correct the imbalance. When fluid volumes are low, mechanisms kick in to promote thirst and water conservation. On the other hand, when fluid intake is high, mechanisms attempt to match fluid losses with fluid intake.
8.Electrolytes are minerals such as sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, and magnesium that provide conductivity functions for fluid passage through cellular membranes.
9.Adequate hydration requires attention to both daily fluid intake as well as exercise-specific intakes.
10.Fluids ingested before, during and after exercise may be required in more extreme situations of fluid losses and during extreme exercise conditions. In such cases, carbohydrates, proteins, and electrolytes may be required for optimal hydration and recovery.

It’s no cakewalk running your own photography biz. I work late into the evenings some nights...and some weekends. Ultimately though I my work schedule around my family and personal life and not the other way around.
For that I am grateful.
Time freedom was the whole reason I got into this entrepreneurial adventure.
The flip side of this which I’ve also experienced is that when you have this time freedom you feel you somehow need to make time for EVERYTHING and EVERYONE because you have that flexibility. Which causes burnout. 😬
On the other extreme, time freedom can make you lazy.
There’s no one telling you to do certain things by a certain time of the day. You are the one driving your business and deciding when to stop an go. Sometimes we can get distracted or lose interest or become discouraged and that time freedom allows us to not take the action that we would take if say we were working in a corporate environment with people counting on us to perform all day.
Funnily enough - I’ve found the most free with my time now that I’ve structured it and put limits on activities.
