👉🏻1 adet incecik kesilmiş soğan
👉🏻1 adet küçük boy kereviz (yıkanıp yapraklarıyla ayrılıp küp küp kesilecek)
👉🏻1 adet küçük boy ayva (kabukları soyulup küp küp kesilecek)
👉🏻1 adet küçük boy havuç
👉🏻1 adet büyük boy portakalın suyu
👉🏻2 sb su
🌿Öncelikle zeytinyağı ve soğanı güzelce 3-4 dk karıştırıyoruz.
🌿Kerevizin yaprakları da dahil olmak üzere hepsini sırasıyla ekleyip kısık ateşte güzelce suyunu ve portakalını çekene kadar pişiriyoruz.
🍊4 yk sebze yemeği 1 değişim sebze değişimidir. Ben yaklaşık 6 yk kadar yedim ve yanına 1 sb kadar ayran içip fermente ev turşumı tükettim✌🏻 Daha ne olsun😉

Orange you glad it’s almost the weekend? 🍊🍊🍊 2 oz @tanquerayusa Sevilla, .75 oz dry orange curaçao, .5 oz of what I’m just calling ‘pine resin’ 🌲(simple made with brown sugar, maple syrup, cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, pine and spruce bows) a splash of lemon, and topped off with aromatic tonic. Garnish with a dehydrated orange and some local foliage. Bitter, orange, and full of holiday cheer.

🍊Le jus d'orange 🍊
.... . ..... ❄️Comme beaucoup l'entendent et le croient, le jus d'orange serait un allier parfait pour nos petits déjeuner d'hiver ❄️ Les fruits sont toujours mieux digérés quand on les consomme en dehors des repas, sinon ils risquent de provoquer des ballonnements et de l’inconfort. .
. /. . 🍊C’est une règle générale, mais dans le cas de l’orange, fruit acide, ça peut être encore pire !
🥖🍞Consommée en même temps que du pain ou des céréales, comme c’est le cas lors du petit déjeuner classique, elle peut être vraiment difficile à digérer, 🤢 😱Beaucoup de personnes ont du mal à métaboliser les acides, et l’orange est un fruit très acide qui peut majorer les phénomènes d’acidification de l’organisme.
😫Le matin au petit déjeuner, le jus d’orange est catastrophique pour la plupart des personnes et contribue à amplifier l'acidose . . .
. 👍 La teneur en vitamine C de l’orange est plus importante dans le fruit entier que quand vous le pressez, à moins de le boire immédiatement.
Les qualités nutritionnelles de l'orange sont moindre si vous la consommez en jus.
