Bu hafta da 👶;
bebeğiniz yaklaşık olarak 37-40 cm boyuna ve 1.200-1.300 gram ağırlığa ulaşmış olması gerekiyor. Bu haftada akciğerleri gelişmeye devam ederken, lanugo denen ince tüyler dökülmeye başlıyor. Bebeğiniz için hayati bir öneme sahip olan amniyotik sıvı bebeğinizin etrafını çevreliyor. Ancak bu sıvının oranı bebeğiniz büyüdükçe ve rahminizde yer kapladıkça azalacaktır.
Gözlerini açıp kapatabilirken, gözyaşı üretimi de başlamıştır. Önceki haftalarda karaciğer tarafından yürütülen kan hücresi üretimini artık kemik iliği devam ettirir. Dış ortamları daha fazla hissetmeye ve tepki vermeye başlar. Tırnakları uzamaya devam ederken, kalıcı dişleri gelişir ve damakların altındaki yerini alır.

ortalama 11-16 kg alıyor. Bu dönemde sık sık tuvalete gitme ihtiyacı hissetmeniz normaldir. Çünkü bebeğiniz gittikçe büyüyor ve daha fazla yere ihtiyacı var.
Hormonal değişimlerden dolayı duygusal gelgitler yaşayabilirsiniz. Kendinizi yorgun hissedebilir, doğum korkuları yaşayabilirsiniz. Bu hormonal değişikliklerden dolayı eklemleriniz ve bağlarınızda gevşemeler olabilir. Ancak endişelenecek bir durum yok. Yaniiii no paniiiik sayılı haftalar sonra bebekleri kucağımıza alacağız😍
Uzun zaman aradan sonra bende bugün kontrolüme gittim doktoruma karar verdim🙏🏻
Bebek kilosu olması gerekenden biraz fazla hafta olarak zaten öndeydi bir sorun yok👶
benim troid ve idrar yolu enf. İçin önlemler devam ederken doğuma sayılı haftalar kalmış olması oldukça heyecanlı🤰🏼
Neyseki doktorumuz belli artık içimiz daha rahat sağlıkla gelsin tüm bebişler ❤️

The goal of our treatment for the study is to “relax” the pelvic floor so that it can lengthen and also have optimal function. •
So many times women are told to do lots of kegels during pregnancy and this can lead to overactive muscles. Plus, 80% of women do kegels incorrectly. •
We think that if the pelvic floor muscles are overactive, they are unable to lengthen as well, leading to more tearing, longer pushing phases and a higher C-section rate
So we are doing this study in hopes of changing that!

Working while moving- THIS is what it looks like. Bins of kid toys, Disney+ on the TV, sewing on a movie TV table and finishing up some bibs for an awesome customer. 👏🏻 •
Baby girl and I have made it to 27 weeks (but still haven’t gotten around to cleaning the mirror 😅😜). Third trimester, here we come! ❤️🙌🏻 Although it doesn’t look like it here, I DO have stretch marks from previous pregnancies. But that’s the key word! From PREVIOUS pregnancies! I haven’t gotten a single new stretch mark yet (knock on wood 😜😅), and COCONUT OIL, collagen, and lotion are my secrets!
I have no idea which one is making the most difference, or maybe it’s just all three combined, but my skin on my belly looks awesome this time around!
Every time I shower, I just rub a good amount of coconut oil on my belly, obliques, and the front of my thighs (that’s where my stretch marks are the worst). I bought a huge tub at Costco, and honestly just keep it in the shower! And I’ve hardly made a dent in it! 😜😅 Every morning, Monday-Sunday, I mix collagen in with my preworkout. It’s tasteless, and when I started drinking it in July, I was in the early stages of pregnancy, and EVEN then, my stretch marks were getting better! Not worse!
After every shower, I spread lotion on my belly, obliques, and the front of my thighs!
Like I said, I’m not sure which one is making the most difference, but I’m guessing it’s a combination of all three! And I’m definitely not complaining! 🙌🏻😜😅❤️ Feeling pretty good over here. Sciatic pain is 98% gone (thanks to nerve flossing and a YouTube video), heartburn is very minimal (thanks to PH balance water! I learned that Costco’s brand is just as effective as smart water (thank you Sherron!)), and my lower back pain sometimes kicks my trash, and sometimes feels totally fine!
I HAVE learned that my pre-pregnancy workout pants are a no go for me anymore. They still fit, and they stretch with me, but for whatever reason, they KILL my back (maybe just putting too much pressure/tightness in the exact wrong places? 🤷🏻♀️🤔), so I’ve 100% switched to just maternity leggings. All day everyday! 😜😅 So grateful for my cute growing baby girl, for the movement I’m starting to feel more and more everyday, and for how sweet my little Holland already is to his baby sister. He loves to feel her move (he always asks, “Is 👇🏻
