BALKABAKLI KEK
Malzemeler:
3 adet yumurta
1,5 su bardağı toz şeker
3/4 su bardağı sıvıyağ (yarım su bardağı ile tam arası)
2 su bardağı rendelenmiş çiğ balkabağı
1 paket vanilya
1 paket kabartma tozu
1 su bardağı iri kıyılmış ceviz
1 tatlı kaşığı tarçın
2 su bardağı un
Yapılışı:
*Öncelikle yumurtalar ile toz şeker çırpılır.
*Sıvıyağ ,vanilya, tarçın daha sonra rendelenmiş balkabağı ve ceviz eklenir.
*Un ile kabartma tozu elenerek ilave edilir, karıştırılır sonra yağlanmış kek kalıbına boşaltılır.
*180 derece ısıtılmış fırında 45-50 dakika pişirilir.
*Soğuduktan sonra kalıptan çıkarılıp isteğe göre pudra şekeri ile süslenerek servis yapılır.

Paleo Pumpkin Bread Bars
2 @vitalfarms eggs
1/2 cup @georgiagrinders almond butter
2/3 cup cup pumpkin purée
1/3 cup @thrivemarket maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup @bobsredmill almond flour (packed)
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (I used @primalpalate)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Pumpkin seeds + pecans + dark chocolate for topping (optional) .

Directions
Heat oven to 350. Line 8x8 tin with parchment paper. Mix together wet ingredients. Add in dry ingredients. Pour into pan. Top with nuts and chocolate if you’re feeling *extra* like me. Bake for 25-35minutes or until toothpick comes out clean (baking time will vary by pan and oven). Let cool completely and DEVOUR.

BREAD INGREDIENTS:⠀
½ cup mashed ripe banana⠀
⅔ cup pumpkin puree⠀
3 eggs - room temperature⠀
⅓ cup BBF Naturally Refined Coconut Oil - melted⠀
½ cup Oatsome⠀
2 tsp vanilla extract⠀
1 cup BBF Coconut Palm Sugar⠀
2 cups all purpose gluten free flour⠀
1 tsp baking powder⠀
½ tsp baking soda⠀
1 ½ tsp cinnamon⠀
1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice⠀
¼ tsp salt⠀
⠀
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:⠀
⅓ cup pepitas⠀
1 tbsp pure maple syrup⠀
¼ tsp cinnamon⠀
Pinch of salt⠀
⠀
DIRECTIONS:⠀
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment and non-stick spray for easy removal.⠀
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, pumpkin puree, eggs, coconut oil, oatsome, vanilla, and sugar until smooth.⠀
3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Dump the dry ingredients into the wet and use a rubber spatula to stir until no dry spots remain.⠀
4. Pour batter into prepared pan. ⠀
`5. In a small bowl, combine the pepitas, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Stir until evenly coated.⠀
6. Carefully sprinkle the pepitas on top of the batter and bake for 45-55 mins. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the middle of the loaf. If the toothpick comes out clean your bread is finished cooking.⠀
7. Let the bread cool before serving.⠀

2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup oil 4 large eggs 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 cup honey
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 10 inch bundt pan.
Whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together in a large bowl. Set aside. Whisk the oil, eggs, honey, pumpkin together until combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and use a mixer or whisk until completely combined. Batter will be thick.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2 hours inside the pan. Then, invert onto a serving dish.

Crema de zanahoria y calabaza con pistachos para cenar.
Ahora en otoño/invierno me encanta hacer cremas, lentejas o cocido para comer. Algo bien caliente entra súper bene ☺️. ¿A vosotros también os gustan? ¿Cuál es vuestra crema o sopa favorita? 🥣. La crema de calabacín, esta y la sopa del cocido son mi perdición 🧡
Тыква с мягким сыром 🎃
1 тыква сквош, 150 гр мягкого сыра фета, 1 томат, 1 сладкий перец, маленький пучок петрушки, 4 зубчика чеснока, 2 ст.л. оливкового масла, 2 ст.л. гранатового соуса (@meat_butchery_carnaria), соль и перец по вкусу.
Тыкву почистить, удалить семена и разрезать на 4 части. Сделать глубокие надрезы (не до основания) крест накрест по диагонали. Надрезы должны быть достаточно глубокими, чтобы тыква при запекании развалилась.
Выложить тыкву на противень, выстланный пергаментом. Сбрызнуть оливковым маслом, полить гранатовым соусом. Томат, перец и зелень мелко нарезать, посолить, перемешать и положить как начинку в ту часть тыквы, где были семена.
Очистить чеснок и нарезать тонкими слайсами. Выложить чеснок на тыкву. Поперчить и посолить крупной (лучше высокогорной) солью.
Поставить в разогретую до 185 градусов духовку на 35 минут. Поломать руками сыр и посыпать им тыкву. Отправить в духовку ещё на 12 минут. Украсить петрушкой и всё.
