PER LA CREMA AL COCCO
50 gr di zucchero
20 gr di amido di mais
1 bustina di vanillina
250 ml di latte caldo
30 gr di farina di cocco

PER LA TORTA VERSATA AL CIOCCOLATO
4 uova
180 gr di zucchero
100 ml di olio di semi di girasole
100 ml di latte
170 gr di farina
30 gr di cacao amaro
1 bustina (16 gr) di lievito per dolci

----- PROCEDIMENTO -----

La prima cosa che dobbiamo fare per realizzare la torta versata cioccolato e cocco è preparare la crema di cocco! In un pentolino versiamo lo zucchero, l'amido di mais, la bustina di vanillina e mescoliamo con una frusta per evitare che si formino i grumi.

Aggiungiamo e mescoliamo con una frusta a mano, il latte caldo alle polveri. Continuiamo a mescolare spostandoci sul fuoco a fiamma medio bassa fino a far addensare la crema, ci vorranno circa 5 minuti.

Trascorso il tempo necessario affinché la crema si addensi, spegniamo il fuoco e uniamo la farina di cocco mescolando con la frusta. La crema al cocco è pronta, la possiamo anche preparare in anticipo e conservare in frigorifero, coperta da pellicola trasparente, per un paio di giorni.

Una volta pronta la crema iniziamo a preparare la torta al cioccolato, in una ciotola rompiamo le uova, iniziamo a mescolare con le fruste elettriche e aggiungiamo lo zucchero.

Sempre continuando a mescolare aggiungiamo l'olio di semi di girasole, il latte e la farina un po' alla volta. Aggiungiamo anche il cacao amaro e la bustina di lievito per dolci.

Prepariamo uno stampo del diametro di 24 cm con il fondo rivestito di carta forno e versiamoci metà dell'impasto. Inforniamo e lasciamo cuocere in forno ventilato, preriscaldato a 170° per 20 minuti oppure in forno statico, preriscaldato a 180° per 20 minuti.

Dopo i 20 minuti di cottura sforniamo la base e copriamola con la crema al cocco, stendendola con un cucchiaio e lasciando un centimetro di spazio al bordo. Versiamo adesso sopra il resto dell'impasto, fino a coprire tutta la crema.

  • Hearty Beef Stew.
Ingredients:
650 GMs boneless beef cut into cubes
6 big garlic chopped 
2 large onions chopped 
2 bay leaves
2 tsp dry thyme
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp freshly crushed pepper 
3 Tbsp all purpose flour 
4 cups beef stock
500 GMs baby potatoes cut into half each
2 medium carrots cut into 2” long pieces
1 cup frozen green peas 
Method:
In a heavy bottom pan add a little oil and fry the chicken pieces in batches. Sprinkle them with little salt and pepper while it browns. Cook each batch for 9 minutes each. Scraping the pan from time to time making sure the beef does not burn. Remove and keep aside. Now in the same pan add the garlic and sauté till fragrant. Add the onions and sauté till soft. About 5 minutes. Add the bay leaves, thyme, salt, pepper and sauté for a minute. Add the flour and sauté another minute. Pour in the stock along with the beef and juice and bring to a boil. Then make the flame slow, cover and let it simmer for 1 hour. Then add the potatoes and carrots, cover and cook again for another 30 minutes. Open the lid lastly add the peas and let it simmer for the last 5 minutes. Serve hot. Goes best with mashed potatoes:))

Malzemeler
Hamuru için:
100 gram oda sıcaklığında tereyağ

1,5 çay bardağı toz şeker
3 su bardağı süzme yoğurt(bardaklar dolu dolu olmalı)
1,5 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
1 paket vanilyalı toz puding
1 tatlı kaşığı limon kabuğu rendesi
2 paket vanilya

Püf Noktası
İşin sırrı fırınının kapağını hiç açmadan üzeri kızarana kadar ağır ağır pişirmekte. Pastanızın üzeri içe doğru hafif çökecektir. Pişirdikten sonra oda sıcaklığında dinlendirmeyi de ihmal etmeyin. Süzme yoğurt yerine quark kullanarak daha kıvamlı ve lezzetli bir pasta hazırlayabilirsiniz.

Yapılışı:
Hamurunu hazırlayarak başlayın. Bir kabın içerisine tereyağını aktarın ve çırpın. Ardından içine yumurta ve toz şekeri ilave ederek kremamsı bir kıvam alana kadar çırpmaya devam edin.
Ardından içine unu ilave ederek homojen bir kıvam alana kadar elinizle hamuru toparlayın.
Hamuru streç filme sarın ve buzdolabında 40 dakika kadar dinlendirin.
İç malzemesini hazırlamaya başlayın. Yumurtaları kırın ve şekerle birlikte güzelce çırpın. Ardından sıvı yağı, vanilya ve toz pudingi ekleyerek çırpmaya devam edin. Son olarak yoğurdu ve limon kabuklarını ekleyin ve karışıma güzelce yedirene kadar çırpın. Hamuru unlu bir tezgahın üzerinde açın. 28 cm'lik, yağlanmış kelepçeli bir kek kalıbına açtığınız hamuru yerleştirin. Kenarlarını da hamuru yerleştirerek güzelce oturtun.
İçerisine hazırladığınız sıvı karışımı dökün. 170 derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında yaklaşık 1 saat - 1 saat 10 dakika arası değişen bir süre pişirin. Fırının içerisinde fırının kapağı kapalı bir şekilde 15 dakika daha bekletin. Çıkarıp oda sıcaklığında 1 saat soğumaya bırakın. 2 large eggs⁠
1 cup heavy whipping cream⁠
1/2 cup almond milk⁠
2 tsp vanilla extract⁠

👨🏽‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:⁠
1. Mix eggs, hwc, almond milk, vanilla extract, butter together in a bowl.⁠
2. Add baking powder, almond flour, salt, sweetener and pumpkin spice flavours. Whisk until all combined.⁠
3. Cook in waffle pan!⁠
4. For the topping, mix Simply Delish with almond milk, and add 6 tbsp of plain collagen powder (optional) and place in fridge to set.⁠
5. Once all the waffles are done, whip hwc and fold into the set pudding.⁠
6. Create your waffle stack and bask in it’s gloriousness!⁠

    📋 INGREDIENTS:⁠
    Waffles:⁠
    2 large eggs⁠
    1 cup heavy whipping cream⁠
    1/2 cup almond milk⁠
    2 tsp vanilla extract⁠
    1/3 cup melted butter⁠
    5 tsp baking powder⁠
    2 cups fine almond flour⁠
    1/2 tsp salt⁠
    2 tbsp sweetener⁠
    pumpkin spice to taste⁠
    preferred pumpkin spice flavouring⁠
    Topping:⁠
    1/2 pack sugar-free Simply Delish vanilla pudding⁠
    Almond milk⁠
    6 tbsp plain collagen powder (optional)⁠
    1 cup heavy whipping cream⁠

    👨🏽‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:⁠
    1. Mix eggs, hwc, almond milk, vanilla extract, butter together in a bowl.⁠
    2. Add baking powder, almond flour, salt, sweetener and pumpkin spice flavours. Whisk until all combined.⁠
    3. Cook in waffle pan!⁠
    4. For the topping, mix Simply Delish with almond milk, and add 6 tbsp of plain collagen powder (optional) and place in fridge to set.⁠
    5. Once all the waffles are done, whip hwc and fold into the set pudding.⁠
    6. Create your waffle stack and bask in it’s gloriousness!⁠

Not nothing what to eat without it lacking flavour but don't know where to start. Today is a perfect day to start.

Just start by getting in the kitchen , the only way you will sharpen your skills is by cooking all of your meals more often. 👨‍🍳

Don't try so hard, pick something simple to cook. 
𝗡𝗼 𝟯 
Make something delicious, chances are if make something that pleases you it would please someone else.
Perhaps a roast/lasagna🤷‍♀️😋 𝗡𝗼 𝟰
Don't be afraid to be creative. Next time you do the grocery shopping pick up a vegetable/fruit you've never tried. Or perhaps spices that you could add to a curry.

Work your way through a cookbook. 
There are so many receipe books out there and maybe you can add one to your Christmas wishlist. Choose one you love and make it a point to make your way through it. Youll be  amazed by how much your skills have come on by cooking your way through the book.

Read the recipe and read it again. You are least likely to mess up the recipe once you understand the method and making kitchen blunders. 
𝗡𝗼 𝟳
Invest in some kitchen gadgets. Especially a good knife that you can keep sharp(always wash your knives by hand the dishwasher blunts the blade) less likely for injuries with a knife once it's nice and sharp ... Trust me. 
𝗡𝗼 𝟴
Investing in kitchen staples in your press(cupboard) going shopping is less likely to be an ordeal than having to pick up so many ingredients. 
𝗡𝗼 𝟵
Improve your knives skills overtime. Remember hold the knives in which ever hand you use and the other hand keep your fingers tucked in. Your knive when slicing and chopping shouldn't come off the board. Practice will make perfect and speed will come in time.

Relax, put on the tunes and Bob along to the tunes . Remember a composted cook is an efficient cook.

- 1 Bonggol Sawi putih ukuran sedang potong potong⁣⁣
- 2 Buah wortel potong serong⁣⁣

- ½ Sdt lada halus⁣⁣
- Kaldu bubuk / jamur secukupnya⁣⁣
- Garam secukupnya⁣⁣

- 6 Siung bawang merah⁣⁣
- 4 Siung bawang putih⁣⁣

Cara membuat :⁣⁣
- Tumis duo bawang hingga harum,  masukan daun salam dan lengkuas masak hingga layu,  masukan sedikit air dan wortel masak hingga ½ matang,  masukan telur lalu aduk cepat,  tambahkan garam,  kaldu bubuk / jamur,  saus tiram, lada halus,  sawi putih,  masak hingga empuk⁣⁣

但是原酒譜使用比較 hard core 的 Botanist Gin ,
所以叫做鐵娘子
第一個字「鐵」也代表著鐵觀音的「鐵」
一開始看到酒譜,心想咖啡跟茶一起嗎?
原來 @juvenayeung 是在香港出生的,香港常見的鴛鴦奶茶,以咖啡和茶混合在一起
這杯也是這樣的概念
以咖啡利口酒和鐵觀音糖漿,象徵咖啡和酒兩個元素

  • Kolejna książka Colleen Hoover. Ta nie okazała się aż tak porywająca jak pozostałe (choć być może jest to kwestia wysoko postawionej poprzeczki), ale mimo to i tak zaprezentowała wysoki poziom w gatunku ,,romans".
Powieść opowiada historię Layken, młodej dziewczyny, która właśnie przeprowadziła się z Teksasu wraz z mamą i bratem, niedługo po śmierci taty. Naprzeciwko ich domu mieszka Will, który opiekuje się młodszym bratem po śmiertelnym wypadku rodziców. Bardzo szybko zakochują się w sobie, lecz nagle okazało się... że Will jest nauczycielem Layken. Na ich drodze pojawia się mnóstwo problemów i trudnych decyzji do podjęcia. Czy im się uda? Przeczytajcie sami :)
Na mojej liście są teraz dwie inne książki, ale zaraz po nich biorę się za kolejne części ,,Slammed" ❤

Składniki:
🔸1,5 szklanki mąki
🔸1 szklanka zmielonych płatków Cheerios
🔸200 ml mleka
🔸1,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
🔸3 łyżki dowolnego słodzidła
🔸3 łyżki miodu
🔸1/3 szklanki oleju
🔸2 łyżeczki cynamonu
Jeśli ciasto wyjdzie zbyt klejące - dodać więcej mąki.

Wszystkie składniki razem wymieszać, uformować bułeczki, ułożyć na blasze wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia i posmarowanej olejem, piec 20 minut w 180°C.
