With limbs flying, I finally competed this level 4 wall! 👏 I tried my hardest to complete this climb when I was in on Tuesday but exhausted all my energy before I had the chance of finishing it 🙈 But today - after many attempts - I finally nailed it 😎 Easy to forget that your feet don’t always need to be on a hold and you can in fact put your feet on the wall 😅 Thanks to new bouldering buddy @jayden.rouse for the tips and encouragement! 🌻
Also, my upper body is feeling so much stronger already! 💪 Sore back after today’s session though...but I’ve always had lower back issues 😖 Going to take it easy tonight by playing Pokémon Shield in bed 💁🏼♀️ More Gym work 😂
Lead climbing is a climbing style, predominantly used in rock climbing. ... One of the climbers below the lead climber acts as a belayer. The belayer gives out rope while the lead climber ascends and also stops the rope when the lead climber falls or wants to rest.

Tutti noi arriviamo in palestra col nostro bagaglio sulle spalle, il nostro passato, che definisce chi siamo. Scrolliamo le spalle libere dal peso e arrampichiamo arrampichiamo finché le dita non si piegano più e i piedi sono ormai saldati dentro alle scarpette.
In questo modo ho conosciuto persone fantastiche che fuori, all'esterno del nostro piccolo mondo , sarebbero state troppo grandi, troppo piccole , sposate , non sposate, atee , cristiane e tutto quello che si utilizza per descrivere una persona. Invece all'interno del nostro mondo sono solo i miei compagni. Non importa quanti anni tu abbia , il passo in strapiombo sul blocco di Lucio non ti riuscirà comunque, non importa che tu sia sposato o che tu sia un prete, le scarpe nuove faranno male anche a te.
Disse una volta la saggia Michela, che è il mio spirito guida: "finché camminiamo su questa Terra siamo tutti contemporanei". Non ringrazierò mai abbastanza AV per avermi provato che è vero.

I've been thinking a lot about me posting this online and sharing stories with haha, the world. I feel like people might think it's for attention or anything, but that's the opposite of what I want.
It's simply a way of coping with what's for me a "shit happend" situation and trying to find the humor in it. Once something's posted, it's kinda out of my mind. It helps 🤷🏻♀️
What I'm defenitly getting, is a lot of support 🙏🏻. I truly have the nicest of friends, and of course, the best boyfriend😘 #ithinkheknows & I love you all 🥰
It's not necessary for anyone to reach out, but still they do and it makes it all a bit nicer and for sure a lot less boring. I mean, watch out for some Disney spam tomorrow 🍿
Also I'm following these strong ass climbers like @alex_puccio89@shaunacoxsey and @hazel_findlay. Their stories help me a lot to stay positive. They all advocate a mindset of "get stronger out of setbacks" ánd also proved it to be true 💪🏼
& I'm grateful for having been able to talk to Hazel. I still remember her advise and stories about her not being able tot be this strong without any injuries. Bcs it were times she could refocus on mental training and on what's important in life. Thanks x100 Hazel & the whole @nannai_climbing_home crew for making it possible for women to support women♀️
Whilest I'm still a bit on my morfine high, I'm strongly motivated to keep going and try out new stuff 🙊
Later today I might just have the opposite mindset and be all like, f*ck this shitty world, I'm going off grid now and cry a bit 😋 Then again, it's also ok to not be ok from time to time, and equally important to talk about > @hopefortheday

-staying focused mentally
-upper body strength
-finger strength (hangbord is coming)
-healthy food bcs bye muscles, hi fatties
