Happy Sunday, you all! Tomorrow is the first day of the Foundations of WORTHYness challenge!
I'm so excited to share this free challenge with you!
I've been thinking about ways I can help you with achieving those big, wild, honestly kinda scary dreams. If there's one thing I've learned on my journey to truly living the life of my dreams, it's that mindset is everything. It's not your current situation, it's not your upbringing, it's not your past education that influences the outcomes of your future, it's how you believe in yourself and what you do NOW to cultivate energy toward those dreams (btw.. this is scientifically proven.. there are studies with tons of data to prove this..). SO. I want to help you set the foundation for those dreams. It's all about worthiness beliefs, baby. We're going to spend each day next week strengthening that foundation.
Here's how the challenge works: Each morning starting Monday through Friday, you’ll receive that day’s video, journaling prompts, and building block exercise in your inbox. The challenge is designed to be easy to implement and will take no more than 15 minutes a day.
Here's what you'll learn in this challenge:
How to harness the power of self-awareness to increase your capacity for love, joy, connection, adventure, and abundance.
Practical applications of the foundations of worthiness: forgiveness, enoughness, gratitude, and the cycle of giving and receiving.
You’ll be invited to my free follow up masterclass, “3 Steps to Embrace your Worthiness” on Saturday, November 23rd at 1 PM, where I’ll teach you the three challenges everyone faces in stepping into their power and how to learn through those obstacles. Plus, you’ll get a special invitation to my compassion and mindfulness based course and community, WORTHY.

More from Jasper, and one of my favorite backcountry camping memories of last summer. My bladder insisted that I get up at 4:30am and for once, instead of going straight back to bed, I grabbed my camera and found this beautiful spot by the lake shore. So many birds were singing, the water was perfectly still, and after a gorgeous pink sky, I caught the first light on the peaks. After the sunrise, I went back to bed to sleep until 9. Perfect morning if you ask me!
TIMBERYARD. This is the scent that started the Bartigan & Stark roller coaster. We think you’ll love it.

Getting a bunch of orders ready to ship out in tomorrow’s mail, including this mountain duo. 🏔🏔
Not gonna lie this week has been particularly difficult for me as I have been out of commission with some herniated discs. This condition has left me in the worst pain I’ve known and I’ve been laid up watching some seriously bad Netflix. I do NOT recommend The I-land, it is terrible. Thank you guys for your patience and for sticking around. I’m going to PT again tomorrow so hopefully soon my body will rejoin my brain and we can take on this holiday season a bit more joyfully. 😘

I managed to skip Halloween this year, but an opportunity to dress up found me anyway. Pitched in last minute to help Amanda with this shoot. Had 2 rides to prepare Heathcliff & Oscar, who’d been turned out for 11 weeks. We started with bedsheets, then had one practice with the parachute skirts, which we fitted with quick release waistbands. It was a big ask of our horses, but true to form, they showed up for us, noble & majestic, handling ANOTHER crazy idea - this time it wasn’t mine! Fun to get out of my comfort zone & be a part of the talented team realizing the creative vision of an exceptional photographer. *Bonus, I finally found a skirt long enough for me 🤣 . 📷 @amandaubell .
