These last couple weeks of school are kicking my ass, so I decided to take it easy in the gym this week and focus more on studying and taking care of business 💪🏻 Between school, work, gym, meal prepping, drinking enough water, trying to text everyone back (you know what meme I’m talking about), something had to give.
.
I gave my body a little break from my normal routine and switched to more low-intensity training like light cardio, stretching, and yoga. That way, I had more time to study and still felt like I was taking care of myself 🙏🏻 (I did get two 20 min weight training sessions in. It’s amazing how much time we really have in a day if we use it wisely).

I’ll hopefully be back to a normal schedule soon!
