This. is. my. life. โ๏ธ I've been spending some time in my head lately thinking a lot about what I thought my life would look like and what its turning out to be. We all question who we are and what we are doing on this spinning planet. For me, I go through phases where answering those questions is easy, when I feel confident and have faith what ever will come. And sometimes, those can be hard questions to answer. I feel unsure about the choices I'm making, like standing at a fork in the road having no idea which path is the 'right' one. Maybe this sounds crazy, or maybe it makes complete sense. But, reflecting on moments like this, a fire on a chilly evening in Sequioa National Park cuddled up with someone who shows me so much love and of course our girl Phyllis parked right nearby, I can realize I have everything I need. ๐ What in life brings you the most happiness?
First move since 1971. After retiring from hauling kids, this โ60 Ford B-500 bus became a camper and tool truck for a custom harvesting crew that would go to Texas in May, and work their way back to North East Montana, combining wheat all the way.
Iโm told that a couple guys would sleep in this bus with the tools, and the bunk beds are still there.

My name is Brittany and I am a proud cannabis user! During my time in the Air Force I've had my share of surgeries (6), and have been diagnosed with medical conditions that warrant narcotics and/or pain medication to be taken daily just for pain management. After serving 11 years, and receiving medical care from Doctors who did not count the patient (ME) as apart of the healthcare team, I decided to do my own research and become apart of my healthcare journey alongside the Doctors at the San Francisco VA. .

Over the past year and a half, I've been able to ween myself off daily pain medication for chronic migraines, chronic insomnia, chronic neck/shoulder pain, and the steady aches and pains from my 3 foot surgeries. I smoke the cannabis plant, vape, edibles, and I am a hardcore user of CBD in any type of form!! Along with cannabis, I was fortunate enough to get a referral from the VA for acupuncture (IT WORKS) and will be trying cupping in the near future. Oh, and yoga...it helps!!

When we pulled up to our campsite at Bagby Hot Springs I saw some voodoo on the ground. Looked a bit closer and it was a โฎ๏ธ sign! It was my mission to get a photo of the bus with it ๐ค
This is not the best photo but means so much to us! This was our first night in the #skoolie . I (Maria) cried when we clean up the bus and was ready to be functional. I said - I can't believe this is our home ๐ฅฐ -. Took time, research, a ton of videos, countless trips to #homedepot , #lowes , #walmart and piles of Amazon boxes. And after 2+ months we were finally ready to start our journey!
We found a beautiful secluded spot on the Colorado River to spend the next few days. Denelle and I have been so content living in a van down by the river!! We have loved every moment of it (besides our little ๐ฆจ encounter) now I just need to catch a fish or two... wish me luck

Our bus is almost ready for Arizona!!!! Now all we need is the wood stove installed (waiting on two 24" pieces of stove pipe) and our solar panel kit which we ordered and are ready to get in the mail!!!! We ordered the goal zero nomad kit for off grid solar. We got it licenced, tagged, and are getting insurance as we speak. Today, we found out that a pocket plane works really well for removing the extra Great Stuff that bubbles out of the cracks while filling in around our foam board insulation! We are psyched at how much progress we have made since getting back to Utah! Today we got most of our insulation in our walls and got the last two ceiling panels off the bus as well as the front box thing above the dash removed. Hopefully we will get subfloors glued in and framing going up by the weekend! @ut_emi@em.blackburn@jefftheclimber
