I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what I will do when I leave Korea next summer. There is a bit of nerves with the unknown of what will happen, but I think I’m ready to see what will happen. I think I’d love to do a big trip somewhere in the world. Any ideas on where to go?

Fall is in full swing here in Seoul. I’ve never really been to Seoul Forest before, but this morning I had a shoot there and I definitely need to go back. It is a very scenic park, perfect for photography!

The fine dust is coming and suffocating the city. I love Seoul so much, but when the dust comes... it’s hard to avoid it. It’s the only thing I won’t miss whenever I move back home.
It was such a happy treat to find these gorgeous fall colors still on display in Seoul this past week. I’m not quite ready for winter but it’s knocking on the door…it actually snowed lightly an hour before I took this photo. These beautiful leaves do seem to be on the way out but I sat by the window at breakfast each more to soak up as much of it as I could.
As fabulous as the holiday season can be, one thing we can probably all agree on is that finding the right gift can sometime be a real challenge. If you need some inspiration…I’m continuing to add more photos to the galleries on my website - rebeccacarolinephotography.com.
There are a number of reasons that art makes a fabulous gift:
-It's thoughtful and personal.
-It's a conversation piece.
-It's something they'll cherish for years to come and it will remind them of YOU!
If you're unsure about purchasing art for someone else, I offer a 100% guarantee within 30 days of purchase.
Or, if you’re not in the market for anything currently, I invite you to sign up for the newsletter on my website to stay current on what’s available.
All we can do is do our best to relish this remarkable life ... yeah also bring summer back , thanks.

Cafe Saru
$$$ This was a very cool, atmospheric cafe. Its one of those hole in wall places you usually don't find it unless someone's taken you there, a hidden gem in itaewon. I had a milk tea latte which was kind of expensive (7,000 won) but reallyyy yummy.

I really encourage visiting Namsan tower at sunset, it made the city sights breathtaking.
We got off at myeongdong station and took exit 3, then just walked to the first right. When the path splits at pacific hotel, continue on the right path and you'll reach the namsan cable car.
Its so cute to see all the love locks on the fences put on by infatuated couples. Its calls to mind all the kdramas that N tower has made a cameo in, its one of the most popular filming locations in Seoul.
Although apparently families also clip the locks as well, which is very adorable. The observation deck definitely gives the best views of the city.
CAFE
$$ I think the raccoon cafe table A is the highlight of my whole time in Seoul. All the animals were actually all so cute and friendly as well as soo cuddlyyy!!
They had raccoons, meerkats, snakes, cats, possum, sugar glider, prairie dogs and parrots.
Its a 10,000 won entrance fee and they give you a small amount of food for the animals and you can buy more for 1,500 won. Drinks are also much cheaper than other places once you pay entrance, they cost from 1,000-3,000 won each.
I really recommend visiting this cafe or some other type of animal themed cafe in Seoul.
The Leeum samsung museum of art is such an interesting museum! With 3 main branches. The first was Buddhist relics and had some enchanting pottery from hundreds of years ago as well as some beautiful crowns and combs etc.
Each exhibit was just as quirky and interesting as the one before.
I really enjoy these autumn colours!!!😍 Do you enjoy them too❔ Please write me in the comments below 👇
Tip:
Daejeon is a great location for a day trip. You can start with a walk along the 갑천 river and make a break at the Hanbat Arboretum and enjoy the same view like on the picture😍 From there you can walk along the river or take the bus to Yuseong Spa station close to there you can find a free foot spa. Hope you enjoy your time in Daejeon!! Follow 👉 #travel_o_asia
Walking around Sinsa. There is a new shopping complex along Garosugil called Garogalmok, which seems to be based off of Insadong’s famous Ssamjitgil. I’m not one for shopping, but the views from the top of the complex overlooking Sinsa and the surrounding neighborhoods were nice to photograph!
