#beach#sunsets#icecream#future#ourlitllemonkeystaywithgranmom
I am definitely considering printing this image large for my office. Looking out at a beautiful sunset from a boat will always put me in a good mood.
What would you print for your office walls to keep your vibe positive?

Woke up today with some pretty intense lower back pain. One of the things that happens during pregnancy is an influx of the hormone relaxin which helps to loosen the joints, creating more space for your baby to grow and preparing you for labor. Unfortunately, if you’re already hyper mobile (like me!) this can cause a lot of physical pain and discomfort, esp around the SI joint.
Baby boy has been moving like a marathon runner over the last 48 hours. I am grateful for the movement for it is very reassuring and endearing but there are times when I wish I could press the pause button (like between 8p-6a 😜)
But I know that growth is sometimes uncomfortable and doesn’t always arise during the times in life we want it to shift. Instead we have to respond to the world as it is and remain flexible in our approach to change and transformation.
You may feel uncomfortable. You might not be able to do everything you’re used to doing. It might require you to rest or build new muscles for strength and stability. If we stay as we are we will never become who we wish to be.
So if you’re feeling discomfort; emotionally, physically, mentally or spiritually, know that it might be the universe working it’s way through you to stretch your comfort zone.
I am going to continue to remind myself of this as I take it easy and practice the PT exercises my talented sister just sent me!
