Tilapia-Veggie Stir-Fry Bowl @thefoodiebuilders 
A delicious, nutritious, low-carb, easy to put together bowl.
-Tilapia – One of our favorite lean protein sources. Black pepper, salt and lime marinated; pan-seared to perfection. Topped with black pepper and EBTB seasoning.
-Mix Veggies – A throw in all you got veggie mix – broccoli, corn, peppers, onions, sweet potato gnocchi, and roasted potatoes. All the good stuff together making for the nice color, taste, texture, fiber and micros.
-Served alongside mustard and @traderjoes chunky salsa.
The perfect lunch or a post-workout meal. 
𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨
Calories- 320
Protein – 47 g;
Fats-12 g;
Carbs-8 g;
Fiber- 2 g. 
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Tilapia Fillets – 2 pieces (250g)
Coconut oil/Spray - 1 tsp.
Frozen mix veggies – Handful
Broccoli – ½ cup
Salsa – ½ Cup
Mustard – ½ Cup
Spices – Salt, Black pepper, green chilies. 
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝
👉To a pan, add some oil. Once heated, add the mix veggies, green chilies, black pepper and salt; sauté it for about 5 minutes. Dish it out.
👉To the same pan, add thawed, marinated tilapia fillets. Let it cook for about 5 minutes each side, until the fish is tender
👉To a bowl, add the sautéed veggies and the fish.
👉Garnish with black pepper, chili flakes or EBTB seasoning.
👉All done
👉Enjoy..!! .

🍇This is a grape that is native to Puglia, Italy and was nearly eliminated over the years to make way for more ‘commercially viable’ grapes. But! Thanks to the patience, belief, and hard work of Luigi Rubino - along with his wife and team - the grape is being revived and is now far more respected and better understood. ⁠⠀

If you have a chance, look for one of Tenute Rubino’s 6 different impressions of this variety. T.R is the only producer in Italy who is making a 🍾traditional method sparkling from this grape and it’s delicious!! ⁠🍷Or, if you’re looking for a still red and want something that is great for any occasion and the perfect wine to open with friends, then try the Ol Tre Mé! We tasted the 2017 and it’s bursting with 🍓 and 🍒, has a beautiful acidity and soft, well integrated tannin structure. It’s elegant, juicy and is a wine I think anyone would love!😍 ⁠⏳Looking for something to put away for a few years? Try the Torre Testa - it’s savoury, complex and full of potential!🍷⁠⠀

Önceki bilgilerimizden bildiğimiz yoğun baharatlı ve sert bir likör söylemleri dolayısı ile ben ‘Krem Karamel’ ile eşleştirerek denemek istedim ki oy oy oy😋Nasıl güzel bir birliktelik oldu size anlatamam🤤 Damaktaki alkol’ün yakıcılığını öyle güzel tolere etti ki mest olduk😉 ‘Krem Karamelimiz de @ mustafa_usta_lokanta ‘dan ,Mustafa Usta’nın krem karameli üstüne İzmir’de hiçbir yer bulamazsınız ,aklınızda olsun❗️
