Today I’m thankful for another year of life, for the many birthday wishes and for the knowledge and strength I have gained. I’m thankful to have found happiness within myself and for the many lessons learned. I pray that as time passes I continue to keep my head high and remember that it’s not me who decides when to stop living it’s Him. I have faith things will only get better, because this isn’t the end. This year has been special to me, and I hope it is for you. Never be afraid to ask for help, remember you’re never alone.
Here are the last of the pictures, thank you for the love and for the many compliments. It’s been so fun sharing these with you! Special thanks to my family for helping me make this come true. To @kimchacondotcom for the lovely pictures and the patience while taking these in a windy day. To Maria for my lovely cake! To RoSe, Maria, and Alondra for my surprise at work. To my best friends (you know who you are) for thinking about me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I’ve been trying to think about how to even put into words how my time was last week in Arizona at our Plexus headquarters for our Leadership Development. I think what it comes down to is that I’m so overwhelmed with gratefulness that God brought this company, these products, and this community into my life. It was the answer to years of prayers while I was miserable in my health and answers to unforeseen prayers we would have in our future. .
If you would have told me 4 years ago I would have been sitting in that room with 40 other leaders who are also in the top 5% of this company I would have laughed at you. Straight up laughed. But instead, God in His mercy (and humor) answered those prayers with amazing life changing products, a company led by a CEO and President that value you and engage with you on a personal level, the financial provision to pay for my families needs, and a community that cheers you on and lifts you up in ways that unlocks potential, passions and dreams that you didn’t even know were hidden inside. Last week was such a blessing! .
If you think that this opportunity is just for the lucky few, think again. It’s for anyone who is brave enough to take a chance on something new. .
Are you ready for a change? What if this could change everything for you too? #thankful#opportunity#opportunityofalifetime#change#takeachance#mom#momlife#wahm#girlmom#boymom#scoliosismom#adoptivemom#sayyes#health#wellness#thriving#answeredprayers#whatif#whatifthiscouldchangeeverything#community#finances#freedom

This is my uncle. His name is Vaso, born in another country, but fought for ours. When he was just 17 he enlisted with the the Marine Corps during Vietnam when many were trying to run away from the war, he ran to it.
On his 18th birthday he asked my grandfather to drive him to the airport. My grandfather asked why and it was at that moment my uncle told him he was leaving for Camp Lejeune because he was going to be a Marine. After his time in the Marines, he returned home to become a Cleveland Police officer.
I've always looked up to my uncle. He was always strict, firm, fair with uniform perfect and shoes polished type of guy. I remember being a kid looking at this picture thinking what a bad ass he was. I also always respected his choices to serve both his country and community especially as an immigrant. Much respect to non native born US soldiers! As a young boy, it was at my uncle's house where I first saw guns while he was showing them off to my dad and other uncles, which I thought was super cool. Years later he was the first person to teach me to shoot too, so I guess we know who to blame for my obsession 😂. Anyway, just wanted to thank all the veterans out there and highlight my uncle and his service throughout his whole life. He doesn't talk much about those days, but I know the acknowledgment means the world to him. #veteransday#veterans#thankful#thankyou#military#marines#marinecorps#police#service#america #proud#thankyouforyourservice
Thankful for veterans. Thank you for your service. I’m married to one: Robert Sidney Arnold. My dad was a veteran as was my Grandpa Mathis.
My grandpa, Evan Thomas Mathis, was a Lieutenant in the 12th Squadron of the Army Air Corps., (predecessor to today's Air Force). This picture was taken November 18, 1918, a week after WWI ended. He was a reconnaissance officer flying Salmsons in Julvecocurt, France.
Grandpa Mathis’ brother John Dawkins Mathis was killed in action and is buried in France.
A Month of Intentional Gratitude-day 11
Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:28
Today, I am thankful for the service provided by all our veterans who have made our way of life possible. I'm extra thankful today that our American way of life included the opportunity for me to watch my youngest nephew in his first basketball game of his third-grade season. I love this boy. I have been blessed with some very fine young men and boys as my nephews.
Veteran’s Day. One day a year. It never seems enough. Words never seem enough. .
But I am grateful for and to each and every person serving or who has served our country 🇺🇸 .
I’m thankful for the freedoms we have because others serve and sacrifice. .
So many friends and family of ours serve or have served. Know that I’m thankful for you. Know that we’re working to raise our daughter to be thankful for you. And know that we remember you today and every day. .
Happiness is .... ⠀
• A cup of milk tea.
• Eating fried chicken.
• Getting lost in a good book.
• Sleeping to the sound of raindrops.
• Nature walks.
• ...... .
What does happiness mean to you? ✨💫 .
As we were leaving my grandfather’s recent WW2 Bomb Group reunion (he was a tailgunner in the army air corps, meaning he sat on his knees, alone, in the back of a plane shooting at enemy planes over Europe during the war) a lady walked up to shake my grandfather’s hand and say thank you. Unlike all of the previous handshakes and thank you’s we had witnessed that weekend, this one was different.
She spoke about her personal experience as a kid on the ground—whose parents were an active part of the resistance— and how those American planes in the air were the thing that kept their hope alive. She went on to explain that he had probably never realized the impact he made on her life. She told him that she just wanted to make him aware of how powerful seeing and hearing those American planes flying overhead were for her, and her family, friends, and her community, and how much they helped inspire them to keep up the fight on the ground. -
On this Veterans Day, I hope we are able to share the many positive ways that veteran’s collective actions have contributed—in direct, and in much more subtle means—to adding to the work of hope for a better tomorrow. -
I love you, Grandpa Lew. I hope my actions honor your courage, your kindness and your spirit every day. -
This has to be one of the hugest compliments I've personally recieved about my work, talent and craft... I am so passionate about what I am doing and I know I have a lot of those I hold dear to my heart that still doubt me and what I do... but to be honest I work hard to perfect what I am doing and do everything I can to have you beautiful people walk out of your session feeling amazing, confident and just as beautiful as you are on the inside. I still have a long road ahead of me, I am working hard to reach my vision... but I know... one day I will get there. I am #faithful 🙏 #focused#DETERMINED#MOTIVATED and will make my dream come true. #KeepItChula 💋 #Thankful#Blessed
