No ale poďme k postu.
Nedávam do seba azbest predsa! .

Kimchi mushroom tofu soup is always a great choice when you don't having time to cook because of First Friday and end up going out to dinner.
Marjoram & Smoked Tofu Soup
This soup recipe was inspired by the most delicious soup I had at Veganic restaurant in Kraków. This hearty smoked tofu soup is gluten-free, incredibly quick and easy to prepare and it's full of delicious flavours! I feel like what makes this soup so comforting is the rich, distinctive flavour of the beechwood smoked tofu from @tofooco. Have you tried smoked tofu before and did you like it?
-4 tbsp olive oil
-1 medium onion, finely diced
-3 cloves garlic, crushed
-5 large carrots (500g), diced
-4 medium potatoes (600g), diced
-1.5 L good quality vegetable stock -5 tsp dried marjoram -2 tsp sweet smoked paprika
-1-2 tsp salt, to taste
-1/2 tsp black pepper -4 tsp barbecue sauce
-225g smoked tofu, cut into 1cm cubes @tofooco

❤️💚 #CAROlingxmas 🎄 Day 3! 💚❤️ Decided to drive in to work today! When I drive in, I usually take a slower morning (~1 hour instead of 45 min) because driving is faster than my usual transport, so I get in around the same time. I typically don’t drive though because sitting in traffic is mentally wearisome LOL. But I queued up the Eat, Pray, Love audiobook, so I got a good chunk of the way through “Pray” (the 2nd part of the book). Work was the usual! I finished a bit early and I had time to kill, so I went to some nearby stores to pick up a few things. I wandered around a little bit to admire the holiday decorations and enjoy the seasonal tunes. Plus I was trying to hit my step goal (I did - 10,000!). The colder weather has been making me crave tofu soup, so I met up with a friend who works in the same area for some yummy soup. I also love the banchan (side dishes!) heh.
On my way home, suddenly my car said “tire pressures are low”! And I was spooped! Because it didn’t feel like I ran over anything and the tires aren’t that old. I still had 30 mins left in my commute! But I felt like it was fine so I didn’t pull over and kept driving home...When I got back, I checked my tire pressures and they were all in range. I actually think it’s because I got an oil change recently and they also rotated my tires, but forgot to recalibrate the tires - whew!
