Una de las cosas que me soléis preguntar más a menudo es: ¿De dónde saco la motivación todos los días para ir a entrenar? - La respuesta es muy sencilla: ¡Me encanta ir a entrenar! 💓

A veces tengo la motivación suficiente para hacerlo con el máximo esfuerzo, y otras veces, sin embargo, es un modo de desconexión, dónde mi objetivo no es cumplir con una rutina sino FLUIR, y dejarme llevar por lo que me apetece o mi cuerpo me pide 🍃
.
Hay que entender que no todos los días nos sentimos igual, ni tenemos la misma fuerza, ni hemos dormido lo mismo, ni nos afecta de la misma forma el trabajo que tenemos . .
Cada día va a suponerte un cambio, un esfuerzo y una adaptación, la vida misma 🌼
.
Con el tiempo he entendido que TODO es circunstancial, que lo peor que podemos hacer es frustrarnos y lo mejor es aceptar. Con el tiempo me he dado cuenta que todo lo que haces hoy tiene una repercusión mañana, y que si intentas dar lo mejor de ti cada día, solo puedes esperar un buen resultado. La naturaleza es sabia, y la vida sabe darnos en cada momento lo que necesitamos, aunque no lo queramos ver a la primera 🌊

En mi lugar favorito sé que voy a mejorar . .
Pd: La semana que viene nos vamos Pablo y yo a Asturias 8 días y echaré de menos mis sentadillas, mis dominadas y mi abdominales con TRX, pero también sé que un descanso es necesario para que cuerpo y mente regresen con más fuerza, y más cuando llevo 6 semanas entrenando más intenso de lo habitual 💪🏼

  • Congratulations to Giannis Balatsos & Argyros Giannis from D:TEK sound & visual Greece. After following two intensive days of training at the Eurotruss Headquarters they received their certificate of attendance for following the Eurotruss Academy. 
Their Eurotruss Academy training course included the basics of Truss & Roof Structures, Rigging Gear, Personal Safety, Loading, Calculation, and detailed training on the Eurotruss saddle roof SR-20.

長年運動下來最有感的就是運動放鬆這件事
大家可能都專注於運動上 卻少許人把放鬆 拉筋放在訓練裡

對我來說 所有的運動項目 都跟美的呈現有關
因為是身體結構所產生的不同專項運動
當然也就會有不同的身體使用模式
只要是嘗試新的運動 就一定會有身體活動度的限制

譬如說跳舞 舞者把身體的筋都拉長拉軟
為了是呈現那舞動起來的力與美

又或者是武術 泰拳 為了能踢得更高 且軌道漂亮 必須練側劈腿及前劈腿
柔術 為了能更柔軟的以柔克剛  身體必需柔軟且有韌性 來提高身體素質

運動員不說 再來就是平常人
長時間的工作下來 不是長坐 就是久站
這些也都會造成身體某部位僵硬
久而久之 就會造成不適 甚至傷害

我時常在我的課裡 在課後加上許多的放鬆拉筋 會因人而異
因為只有如此 能幫助學生們把長時間工作的筋骨僵硬放鬆些
更能幫助他們加速恢復身體原來的狀態
才能有更好的運動表現

當然我不是說大家都需要跟瑜伽大師一樣那樣柔軟
因為在格鬥裡就不適合 因為我們需要筋有韌性 才能有爆發力
不過適時的在每次運動過後拉筋 能幫助的不只是活動度的提升
還能幫助你返老還童

所以不要再等了 一開始一定最累最難受 只要有拉筋放鬆的習慣
久了一定會又美麗 又健康 又帥的 - 相信我!

Content of day conference: - Faith development in children and young people
- Getting young people excited about the Bible
- Creative Prayer with children and young people

Speaker bio:
Dave Gidney has a long history in both grassroots children’s ministry and training other leaders. He is currently part time Senior Lecturer at ForMission College teaching Biblical Studies and Childrens Ministry to degree level. As a member of Children Worldwide he mentors Christian leaders, runs training events for children’s leaders, and runs children’s programmes for church weekends away and camps.  He is author of two books and various articles and devotional readings. As well as all this, Dave is a father and grandfather.

  • It's that time again!!! It has been a massive 12 weeks but the weekend is finally here and that means SHRED CAMP weekend begins. 
We started this concept just over 12 months ago which was designed for those who want to not just challenge themselves but go that next level. Not quote wanting to jump on stage but bring out the best they can. 
I'm very excited to see the work @jarrodcarterphotography, myself and my clients collaborate this weekend.

  • Your energy balance is the balance of calories consumed through eating and drinking compared to calories burned through physical activity. What you eat and drink is “energy in”. What you burn through physical activity is “energy out”. An important part of maintaining energy balance is the amount of energy out (physical activity) that you do. People who are more physically active burn more calories than those who are not as
physically active. The same amount of energy in (calories consumed) and energy out (calories burned) over time = weight stays the same.

ENERGY IN

Every human being has a different Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR): some need more calories for basic survival — especially those with more muscle in their bodies because muscles burn more calories than fat — and some need fewer. The heavier you are, the more calories you need. BMR is the minimum calorie requirement you can fill it up with good quality carbs (including vegetables and fruit), protein (like lean meats, quinoa, dal, egg and seafood) and fats (like unsaturated and saturated in correct ratios) which will also help you get your daily dose of vitamins and minerals. Bad calories, on the other hand, come from processed and sugary foods which spike your sugar levels, and then cause them to come crashing down, leaving you feeling tired, overwhelmed, unproductive and lethargic.

ENERGY OUT

It takes 3,500 unburned calories to gain a pound of weight. In other words, even 100 calories unburned daily, means you could gain almost six kilos in a year alone. And while exercising for an hour a day not only expends energy but also has a whole host of benefits, did you know that eating frequently bumps up your metabolism? By breaking up four main meals (breakfast, lunch, teatime snack, dinner) into eight small meals (two hours apart), your body burns some of the calories as you eat them, putting your body constantly in the ‘gym’.
