HEALTHY VEGAN COOKIE DOUGH😍by @theconsciousplantkitchen 😍Yay or Nay?
Holy moly these look amazing!😍Do you rather eat the cookie dough or the baked cookies? 😋
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 cup of wholemeal flour or gf baking blend
- ½ cup of smooth peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of cacao or cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- ¼ of melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup of almond milk
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius;
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper;
3. In a bowl combine the flour, cacao, maple syrup and stir together;
4. Then add the almond milk and combine together;
5. Add in the melted coconut oil and mix it together.
6. Finish by folding the peanut butter with the chocolate cookie dough – purposely not
mixing it fully together to leave peanut butter swirls.
7. Roll the dough with your hands to form balls, place on the baking tray and press
down with a fork.
8. Place them in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

•Полстакана овсяных хлопьев + полстакана муки
•2 ст. ложки растительного масла
•3 ст. ложки сахара + ванилин и чуть-чуть соли
•Пол чайной ложки разрыхлителя
•Из добавочек у меня изюм и льняные семечки
•Четверть стакана воды
Смешать все сухие ингредиенты, потом добавить воду, масло - всё хорошо перемешать, слепить печеньки и выпекать при 180° 15-20 минут
В итоге получилось 12 штучек✨ #nst_recipes

Maar denkje steeds ‘oh nee, daar ga ik dik van worden’ ?
Wel ik heb 2 soorten koekjes gemaakt, die heerlijk zijn & ook nog eens gezond!
1 el gebroken lijnzaad
3 el water
1/4 cup kokosolie (gesmolten)
1/2 cup kokosbloesemsuiker
1 tl vanille extract
3/4 cup havermeel
1/2 cup havervlokken
1/2 cup kokosschilfers
1/2 tl bakpoeder
1/4 tl zout
Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden.
Maak eerst je flax-egg, doe het gebroken lijnzaad met het water in een kommetje en laat gedurende 5 minuten staan.
Ondertussen maak je het beslag, voeg alle ingrediënten samen en meng goed.
Vergeet je flax-egg er niet bij te doen.
Maak 9 mooie bolletjes en duw ze plat op een bakplaat met bakpapier.
Bak de koekjes op 175 graden gedurende 12 minuten.

120 g notenpasta
40 g kokosbloemsuiker
3 el amandelmelk ongezoet
1 tl vanille extract
1 el ahorn siroop
120 g havermeel
3/4 tl bakpoeder
1/4 tl zout
3 el confituur of gelei naar keuze
Verwarm de oven voor op 175 graden.
Meng alle ingrediënten goed samen tot een grote deelbol.
Ik maakte uit dit receptje 12 koekjes van ongeveer 30 gram.
Rol in bolletjes en duw op de bakplaat met een lepel (of je duim) een mooi kuiltje erin.
Voeg de confituur/gelei toe en zorg dat het kuiltje mooi vol is.
Plaats de bakplaat in de oven op 175 graden gedurende 11-13 minuten.
Laat ze afkoelen alvorens serveren.

Gingerbread cookies: (makes approx. 16)
1 tbsp ground chia seeds (or flax)
3 tbsp (45ml) water
1/2 cup (65g) coconut sugar
1/4 cup (60ml) almond butter
1 tbsp (15ml) molasses
2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup
1/4 cup (45g) vegan butter
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp sea salt, finely ground
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups+ 2 tbsp (215g) all-purpose flour
1. Add 1 tbsp ground chia to 3 tbsp water and let absorb for 10 mins to form chia egg.
2. In a large mixing bowl add chia egg, coconut sugar, almond butter, molasses, maple syrup, vegan butter, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking soda. Beat with a hand mixer on low to combine.
3. In batches add flour and stir with wooden spoon until well combined. Your dough should hold its shape when pressed, but not feel dry. (1 1/2 cups + 2 tbsp was the perfect amount of flour for me). Cover and chill at least 1 hr.
4. Once chilled, preheat oven to 350F/175C. Line work station with parchment paper and generously sprinkle with flour. With a rolling pin, carefully roll out the dough to be a little thicker than 1/8 inch. (Add a little flour to the rolling pin if sticking).
5. Working quickly, dip cookie cutter in flour and cut out shapes. Gently transfer the cookie cutouts to a paper lined baking sheet. Leave 2 inches between the cookies for spreading.
6. Quickly roll any of remaining dough back into a ball and roll out again. Try to work quickly, and not to overwork the dough. Cut out shapes and transfer to baking sheet.
7. Bake cookies in oven for 6-8 minutes, or until slightly browned on the edges. They'll continue firming up as they sit on the pan. Transfer to cooling rack after 2-3 mins.

CHICKPEA FLOUR AND TAHINI COOKIES!? Yes i am as weirded out as you are, but trust me, they are insaaane
Dairy free, Gluten free, Grain free, VG
Not only do chickpeas and tahini come together to make hummus but aparantly they can also make game changing cookies too, ICONIC INGREDIENTS
Using the chickpea (gram) flour also makes these baby high in protein so its a winner all round 👊
They're more of a cakey texture and i cannot get enough, just wish i made a bigger batch🤤
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup tahini
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 flax egg (tbsp flaxseed mixed with 2 tbsp water)
4 tbsp maple syrup or any liquid sweetner
3/4 tsp baking soda
Choc chips or cacao nibs
Preheat oven to 180 degrees then pepare flax egg by combining flaxseed with water-let this sit for a few mins to thicken. Then mix together tahini, oil, syrup and vanilla till its a smooth consistency.
Add flour, baking powder and choc chips and combine well. Spoon mixture into equal balls and place on greaseproof paper. I flattened my dough slightly once they were on the baking sheet so they would cook through quicker. Bake for 12-15 mins and enjoy

These cookies were super easy, we had everything in our cupboard and are totally vegan. And best of all, the kids loved them! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/3 cup oat milk pulp⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup oat milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp vanilla⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp baking powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 tsp cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 tsp salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup packed brown sugar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/3 cup quick oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup chocolate chips⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In large bowl, combine all wet ingredients until combined. Add all dry ingredients, except flour, and mix well. Add in flour. Fold in chocolate chips. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Drop approximately 1 Tbs cookie dough on to ungreased baking sheet, press down with fork to flatten. At 375F, bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I ended up having to bake mine longer because I forgot to press them down 🙈 They were still great though! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Yesterday was my 16th birthday!!! And I had to celebrate by getting some vegan treats. This year I picked @veganmamasbakery because she is so kind and she puts hard work in every dessert she makes! I got from her a chocolate mint cake, cookie dough, and Oreo brownies. I even brought some vegan treats for my class, the Oreo brownie, chocolate sea salt cookie from @angelfoodmn my class loved it! They even wanted seconds, this shows that being vegan can be delicious 😋 thanks so much @veganmamasbakery and @angelfoodmn for making my 16th birthday so special ❤️❤️
