As long as I get into a routine of healthy eating with meals prepared and exercise, the weight falls off! Ugh I need to slap myself back into routine! 😂 let’s 👏do👏this👏

Also- only 2 pairs of my 16547 pairs of pants fit me now 😅

ไข่ไก่เต็มใบ (เบอร์ 1 ) 1 ฟอง
ไข่ขาว 1 ฟอง
ผงฟู 1/2 ชช.
กลิ่นวนิลา 1/2 ชช. .
วิธีทำ
-วอร์มเตา อุณหภูมิ 160 องศา ไฟบนล่างพัดลม
-นำส่วนผสมทุกอย่างลงชามผสม คนให้เข้ากัน แล้วตักใส่พิมพ์วาฟเฟิล (พิมพ์วาฟเฟิล ซื้อจากไดโซะ ราคา 100 บาทค่ะ)
-เข้าอบอุณหภูมิ 170 องศา 10 นาที

  • My absolute fave breakfast post workout. I’m eating a lot atm so this is everyyyy day. It keeps me full for so long and is just so tasty.

@freesoulsistas berry protein oats with frozen blueberries
You will need:
- 50g oats
- 1 serving of protein powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 10g peanut butter
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- ground ginger & cinnamon to taste
- 10g honey - 1 handful of frozen blueberries
- 150ml boiling waters (soak the oats for 1hr)
- 100ml oat milk to stir dry ingredients in once oats are soaked

Calories: 546
Protein: 34g
Carbs: 69g
Fat: 14g

I am literally obsessed w free soul protein as usually artificial proteins make me bloated but this one I digest SO well. Enjoy 😍🍽
